They are just terrible and they robbed me!
They are just terrible and thieves!! Never buy from them! Here is my experience.. I ordered a Longines Conquest watch from authentic watches that falsely claims it delivers overnight and for one whole month the watch was lost from their side without any information about its location or non arrival reasons! And after failing to receive the watch it was luckily returned to them .. they said they will refund my money however they deduced 80 dollars without any single reason!! I paid 1995 and only 1915 was refunded!!!!!!
When I reported about the loss of the watch during shipment All their replies to my emails were that they can do nothing about it!!!
Imagine a store that sells precious watches loses them on the way of delivery for a whole month with no clue?!!!!
I asked them to send me my money back .. they didn't as the watch was lost from their side!!

After 30 days they emailed me saying that they found the watch .. and that it is being shipped back to them to reship it to me within few days! Again this did not happen and I had to wait for another week
But guess what!!
After all of this they shipped it to a wrong address then it was shipped back to fedex office .. I wasnt in town so I couldn’t go on the next day .. I went after 5 days of shipping date to find that the package was delivered back to the vendor!!!!!!
And when I asked why?!! As they wrote in the email their working hours all week long!! They Mentioned nothing about shipping back to the vendor!! Fedex answered saying that they shipped it back because Authentic watches gave them a wrong address in the beginning!!
The black comedy is that when I called them they weren’t even apologetic about what happened!! They never apologized!! They wanted to convince me that this is totally normal!!
And after all this hassle they refunded 1915 dollars instead of 1995!!!
So if this is their normal never buy from them .. how can anyone trust the authenticity or status of their watches? And warning warning warning they don’t sell the watch with the original brand warranty! No it is authentic watches warranty!! Imagine this incompetent noncredible place giving u a guarantee for a precious watch!!!
Dont shop from there! You will regret it"

"These people were a total disappointment! They did not price match 2 vendors I provided and Susan stated they price match based on “value”. BS after BS. I paid for my watch online through Amazon pay on their website then they refuse to send the watch because they require bank wires for amounts greater than $10,000. They do not want to pay American Express fees. Therefore there misrepresenting the price of the product. Customer service is of no concern to them. I will not do business with these people ever again"

"My wife purchased a Montblanc watch from them as a wedding gift and we received a faulty product. I wore it only once, the night of my wedding, after which we discovered the product was defective. They will not refund my money or give me a replacement, they simply say they will "try to repair the product." In addition, I spoke to Montblanc and they have informed me that AuthenticWatches.com is NOT an authorized seller of their products and they will be investigating them in their fraud department.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for months and will likely have to file a fraud claim with the District Attorney, stay away!"

"This company will do anything to make money off of you. The return process is a nightmare and they will hit you with with some sort of additional fee no matter what. I do moving and logistics for a living and sent back a watch in perfect condition that was packed perfectly. They sent me pictures of some faded duplicate and claimed it was scratched and kept $240 of my money. These people are everything that is wrong with the world and I pity every person who works there. I am disgusted by this company."

"I was a bit skeptical at first because of all the thousands of mixed reviews online. After looking through them I realized almost all of the negative reviews are from after service which isn't really a clear evaluation of this company and what they are selling. I somewhat don't blame the company for not repairing damaged watches which customers seem to believe should be covered.

They are the biggest crooks, I lost $1000 for returning a10K Rolex watch, afterbeing told it's brand new with warranty. After I get it no warranty card from Rolex!
They told me to return it for full refund which I recorded the conversation and then hit me with a 10% restocking fee.
