"Placed an order for a watch on sale, got a confirmation e-mail for the order and that's it. It was suppose to be Fedex next day, so after 3 days of no information, I called.
First they try to tell me that my order is with the verification department being verified, then changed the story to, "oh that watch was sold out. There was a order after you and they used amazon check out so it beat you to it." So it doesn't even matter if I placed my order first... But wait, I can special order it and wait 3 month for the watch with no guaranty if I can get the watch in 3 months. But not to worry, if I don't get the watch in 3 months, I get a refund...
I then check their website while I was on the phone and told the rep that watch is still listed for sale at a higher price. And she said oh yes, that's normal, once we sold out a watch the price goes back up. Sounds quite sketchy to me.

" I purchased a Rolex from Authentic Watch and it was a nightmare first off I agreed to purchase a certain watch and date range and the watch was to be new.
The CSR explained that the scrambled serial numbers was of a various range and that was what I was to receive and that wasn't what I got totally misled and the watch I received was much older and the were deceptive in there actions.
I spent $14250.00, when i figured out what they had done they apologized for the error and promised to replace it as it was sent back a week later I got and email, they tried to say the watch was scratched and they then tried to extort 3250.00 out of me to get the correct watch to correct there mistake, the reason I know there intentions was intentional is when they agreed to replace the watch it was going to take 3 to 4 weeks to obtain one. They offered me 200.00 to keep the watch which I never received. They never had the watch I agreed to purchase from the beginning. This company is deceptive and I would not for any reason buy a thing from them, BUYERS BEWARE!!

They used to have all 5 star reviews until about 6 months ago after they apparently stopped paying resellerratings. As a result, resellerratings no longer verifies whether ratings come from actual customers(vs competing companies). "
