"i order an item that cost 6.7$ shipping to USA, so the total was 26$ using paypal, and then when i checked out the order in paypal the amount is still same, after the final confirming page and i clicked proceed, i found the total charge is 11,026 $ and my card was charged with that amount. i contacted paypal for this matter, and yet to find solution, and this seller when i contacted him, he said he never got the money, so contact paypal not me, the order is canceled and nothing to be refunded. Even though the error was from the seller website,
and paypal said the seller already go the money, and you will not get your money back,

So far what happen is, i contacted the seller again, telling him, you took money and you did not ship the order, nor refund me as i asked you, he explained the contacted personally paypal, and he confirmed i am a fraud?! And he delt with people like me many time,
I kindly asked him, to please let’s have an understanding, paypal said you took money, you say you did not take it, i called paypal and they confirmed, can we join hands if its true you did not take the money to find a solution, i got no reply from him,
And when i posted this review in this review site, he told the site admin, its a lie i never bought from him...? So i provided the receipt to the admin, then they allowed me to review,
And he told me do whatever you want, he has nothing for me,
Is he telling the truth and paypal is stealing the money? Or he knows how paypal works and he took the 11,026.62$ AU, This is huge amount of money ,,
I kindly ask you all to see the receipt to understand the fraud , handling charge twice, and 11,000$ i was charged for handling fee for 7$ screw....

"Been buying from auspcmarket on and off for the past 6 or 7 years. Delivery is always very fast and I like the fact that prices on the website are what you pay, delivery included. A lot of other competitor sites list a cheaper initial price than add on percentages for paying with credit cards or Paypal and then also add on high shipping fees.
Prices are generally quite competitive, sometimes more expensive than the competition but sometimes cheaper.
I've had one time I needed to return a product that died within the warranty period, which was handled without any issue."

Called them up and spoke to a really rude lad named Michael who has a very bad phone manner and was reluctant to tell me his name when i asked. He told me that I had been refunded even when i communicated that wasn't the case on my end. He kept going in circles saying the same thing not actually helping. I wouldn't buy off this site as refunds generally take minimum a week to clear leaving that money tied up. Still no laptop and still no $$$"
"These guys are geat - one of the few that actually shos if stuff is in stock or not. I ordered on the weekend and they shipped my order Monday morning - got an email confirming order, and another for shipping with the courier details. I got the parcel later that day since I live in the same city.
Their site lets me check the status of the order, and I could add to the order after placing it to get a free screwdriver. "
"Im not going to order from this place ever again, the only reason i did in the first place was because they stocked a case that nobody else had. Their prices are through the roof. After i ordered, they notified me of a delay in the arrival of my order, telling me i had to wait 5 weeks just to get my case. So i change my order to a case listed on their site as "Order In". They claim they can get "Order In" items from their suppliers immediatly. So two days later i ring them up and ask whats the go with my case, when the hells its getting here, and they say "We'll call you back", they never did.
Noticing they had a fanbus on their website, i decided to order that too, pretty stupid of me. I emailed their sales "Staff" and asked them to add it to my current order, i never get a reply. So i ring them up today and ask them to add a fanbus to my order and they give me this "We ran out of our last stock for this item today, and we arent ordering anymore of them ever". Absolute rubbish. They even have the fanbus listed on their site at "In Stock". Another negative, once you place your order, you have no idea what the hell is going on with it, there is no way to check order status on their badly designed website, I really cant see any reason to from them whatsoever, there are heaps more reliable and cheaper retailers all over australia.
Also they claim free freight but this is only to sydney metro, even if you live in sydney metro, your better off going to another retailer, because it is almost %100 likely that an alternative retailer that charges freight will still have a cheaper price than Auspcmarket once they add the freight cost. Hopefully they read this comment, and get their act together.

I placed the order in order, on the 2nd of september, when i call them they say "order in items usually take 1 day". So i call them on the 9th of september, after i havent heard a thing, and they say "Distributor gets stock on the 12th, so you have to wait till the 15th". So now instead of "immediatly" order in really means "2 weeks". Never ever am i going to order from this poor business again, there are heaps cheaper and alot more relaible companies out there that wont give you the runaround and delay on everything."
