Unfortunately, the product was faulty upon first test, sent them an email and received a reply in under 20min with a pre-paid return label.

"Price for a Ryzen 5900x was advertised as $899 but they had no stock of the product. Once stock was received they changed the price from $899 to near $1300, a $400 dollar mark up over what was originally advertised. Now that they are out of stock again they have once again changed the price back to $899. If this doesn't fit the description of price gouging and misleading customers I don't know what does. Very unhappy with this as you try and budget for a pc build but things like this make it hard and because of such limited stock it forces people to spend way more then what they should have to."
"Brought a laptop and after 60 days there was a small, but fixable fault. Ask if the unit can be returned to be repaired (I was happy to pay for shipping and stated this). Was advised "you clearer broke it, not our fault, will not be fixed". This was not something that could be broken through normal usage. After a a few emails, I was advised by Australian Computer Traders to take it up with the ACCC. Amazingly bad customer service. Do not buy from them. Wish I could give negative score."
"Uses the same product description and images for all variations of a product although each product has more or less capabilities than each other making it very difficult to distinguish between what is suitable. Bought incorrect model as a result of the product description however, reseller not willing to accept returns although product has not been used and is in original undamaged packaging (ie opened box, identified wrong product, closed box).
This product has an "inability to return" disclaimer in FAQ rather than on the product's page which is where you would expect a disclaimer of this nature would be located. Continuing on, rather than assisting as a reseller, Returns department advised me to contact manufacturer myself for returns authorisation and then to provide them with this and they will then come to the party. ie You do the hard work and we'll take the credit for it by processing it. Poor customer service!

Called up and spoke to a nice guy who quickly figured out I had selected the wrong keyboard layout when setting up Windows. Turns out I picked the UK layout instead of US. He walked me through how to change it back and was all fixed within 5 minutes. "
