"I ordered and received a combo mouse keyboard for about 130 AUD. The mouse however is faulty, the scroller doesn't register all the time and the scroller sounds 'hollow'. I have the exact same combo set at work so I have a reference of how it should work. Not every product is perfect, which I understand. But if it happens, I expect a replacement or refund.

I have contacted AusPCMarket 4 times over 2 weeks. I only have had one reply back saying I need a case number from dell itself. Which I have done and AusPCMarket still has not returned my emails. Now, it's pretty sad that there is no communication, or commitment to rectifying their mistake. Amazon is extremely simple and user friendly to return an item within a month. AusPCMarket is extremely poor on communication, customer support or recognising where they went wrong. Will not use their website again and would strongly discourage of others to use this business. "Ordered an Asus laptop which unfortunately had some dead pixels in the display. Contact Auspcmarket and they organised a courier pickup to an Asus support center for me, Asus repaired it and I had it back in 1 day.

"I ordered on Easter Monday 2022. I received a confirmation email right away. It noted that I could track the parcel via a link. Since I paid extra for the Express delivery, I checked online to see where the parcel was on Thurs. It hadn't left AusPCMarket yet.
They replied and said, 'it was still at their premises. For some reason, it hadn't been picked up yet. Sorry.'
From tracking, it looked like it didn't leave their premises until late Fri afternoon.
It arrived on the Tues after ANZAC Day.
They asked for a review. I was honest.
I got a reply saying that because I ordered over the Easter and ANZAC period, that is why the parcel was not delivered within 1 to 3 days. They claimed it wasn't their fault. I pointed out that they held it in their premises for 4 days. So it was past the Express delivery date. I asked for a refund on the express delivery charge.
They have not replied.
Their customer service is BAD. If something goes a little bit wrong with your order, their customer service is terrible."

"Purchased a ThinkSmart view at a promotional price of $197, there was a fault so returned the item (I had to pay for postage) for a replacement. No response to emails requesting an update for 2 weeks, then was told I would be issued a replacement followed by another email within an hour saying they had no stock and was issued a refund. The item then showed as in-stock on their website within a week at $409. AusPCMarket were unwilling to honour the promotional price despite having stock and most likely receiving a replacement for the faulty item at the promotion price."

"Mind-blowing speed of delivery - from WA to non-metro Vic in 2 business days! During lockdowns! As for the price…with postage it was $150 less than the nearest competitor, a certain retailer with big shouty black and yellow pricetags. The product - otter than the cloth dust cover, it’s faultless. All the negative reviews about setup etc are clearly to do with user error and general customer ineptitude. "Received a motherboard and unfortunately after building my entire PC it didn't POST. I tested each component and found the motherboard to be the issue. Contacted AusPC, they gave me some troubleshooting which I hadn't though of yet but the motherboard still didn't POST. They provided me with a return label and about 2 days later they shipped out a replacement which works fine. Will definitely be shopping here again!"

"An ASUS Zenbook 14inch um425uaz 16gb x 512gb arrived very quickly after no hassles ordering online. I didn't think this would happen with all the lockdown. The laptop is well built and works with my photo editing programmes. After quite a bit of research this is the right choice. I think much better value for money than the Intel based alternative and competitively priced."

"Besides the fast shipping, my experience with AusPCMarket was terrible. It all started with a product description that made the item appear to be what I wanted (i.e. a hard disk enclosure I could connect via USB). The price was OK (not the best or worst) so I ordered it and it arrived quickly (1 star for that). As soon as it arrived and I took it out of the packing I knew immediately it was wrong because of what was on the outside of the box. I immediately contacted AusPCMarket and asked if I could swap the product over for something else to meet my needs. The email back only cared about if the product had been opened and they immediately told me it was a "change of mind" and there was no help offered to get me what I needed. I wrote back to them saying it wasn't opened and again asking for their help to get the correct product for my needs. What came back from AusPCMarket was a reiteration that the product must be still originally sealed, an address to send the product to, an RA number and advice that I would be charged 15% for "change of mind". Also included in their email was a link to a product which would have met my needs but it was not available for purchase. Although I now knew it to be in vain, I sent AusPCMarket a photo of the product still unopened and explained why I bought that product based on their website's product description and asked for their help with return shipping. AusPCMarket wrote back telling me that they operate on extremely small margins and wouldn't give me free return shipping (which I didn't ask for). They also directed me to the 3rd image on their website product description and pointed out that the connections weren't the ones I wanted. They made an excuse that the alternate product was in stock when they sent me the link (2:10pm) but was now out of stock (2:34pm). Yet again, they told me it was a "change of mind" return. Now realising that I was dealing with people who were not in the slightest bit interested in helping me, I sent an email correcting their assertion that I wanted free shipping, agreeing that close inspection of the 3rd image on their website was required to know if the product was correct and I would send the product back as soon as possible. A few days later I posted the item back and got a tracking link. A few more days later it was delivered to AusPCMarket (as per the tracking) and I sent them an email advising it had been delivered to them and I would like my refund within the next 2-3 days. After waiting 4 days with no response or refund, I raised a case with PayPal and got my refund within 24 hours. This is the 2nd (and last) time I purchased from AusPCMarket. The first time the product was what I needed so no issues however they say you learn what companies are like to deal with when things go wrong. I learnt that AusPCMarket are nasty, unhelpful, arrogant and misleading. They only care about money and they seem to think their customers are only out to get something for free. I doubt they were telling the truth about the alternative product going out of stock in the 24 minutes between their emails. I checked their website today (whilst writing this review) and the description of this product is unchanged and still misleading. No mention that the device doesn't support USB and still claims to support Mac. Why can’t they just put what is on the outside of the box on their website? I'll never be using AusPCMarket again and I suggest that others do the same (unless you only care about fast shipping). "
