"I don't normally make a habit of ordering from companies I've never done business with, but we had a scheduled set up for a golf simulator within the week and realized no one had ordered the projector. It was out of stock at most places and when I called Audio General and asked if they had stock, he asked immediately if it was for a golf simulator room. They didn't have that one in stock and Sony was backordered until at least April. He had another brand with identical specs and 1000 lumen more for $150 extra. We ordered it, they shipped when promised, gave us shipping information and it was delivered with time to spare. Very knowledgeable, very polite, and great customer service. I'd use them again in a heart beat!"
"I can't say enough about the attention I recieved at Audio General. I had a very complicated issue with a Sony projector and lens adapter needed to install a long lens. They not only understood the problem they went to the ends of the earth to find me an out of production adapter that even Sony had no access to.
