"I first called Projector Central to inquire about the Optoma ZH406 Laser DLP Projector, 1080p, 4500 Lumens and the sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Shipping was vary fast. Once I set the projector up and dialed it in to perfection I realized the remote was broken o the little tabs that held it together. I called Projector Central and spoke to the salesman again and explained what was wrong and received an email back in an hour or less stating that a new remote was on the way.
