The remote which I'm using on a Sony mz-n505 minidisc recorder works superb. The functions are easy and there haven't been any problems with it. The item was shipped 48 hours later with EMS. Given the time zone difference between US and Japan, this is reasonable.
Packaging was minimal, but the headphones already come in a decent box, so this isn't a problem.

"I placed an order for a pair of Audio Technica ATH-A500 headphones on 8/9. On 8/14 they had already made it from Japan and were ready to be delivered to my house. Unfortunately, my package was marked as undeliverable and return to sender by the post office. At first I thought this was an Audiocubes error, but after talking to the post office I found it was the error of a new postal worker who was unable to find my house. On 8/15 I emailed Audiocubes trying to figure out what was going on. The next morning I promptly recieved a response back telling me to contact my post office. Today, Audiocubes was nice enough to check the status of my order and email me back just to make sure everything was sorted out. I frequently have a hard enough time just getting a response from most companies, so I am impressed. "

"The only comment is about notification of products that was not in stock. I had to email Audio-cubes to get an update of headphones that cost over $600 AUD. So as you can imagine, if a person doesn't get status about the order immediately (considering it's an electronic system) as to what's in stock and what's not, how long it will take, etc, then naturally a person gets a little concerned.
Price wise, I found these headphones cheaper at other online stores, however I have dealt with Audio-cubes before and their service was professional and very fast. This time I was quite disappointed about the waiting time. Come on Audio-cubes, you guys can do better than that, especially since we pay a premium price.
Despite this little issue, service was quite good overall. Prompt processing of orders. Package was received well packed and padded and in perfect order as usual. "
