"My new headphones were shipped on the same day (in my time zone, at least) that I ordered them, and arrived in perfect condition about a week later. The shipping tracking page was laid out like a customs form of some sort and seemed to stop updating once the package had reached customs, but this could be a deficiency of international post and not of Audio Cubes themselves. Email updates were prompt and correct. I will readily do business with them again should I need further Japanese audio equipment."
