"Stay away from this site. They seem to make a lot of mistakes. They don't honor their advertised prices and if you don't check up on your order, they won't either. Ordered a desktop on their website, paid with Paypal. A few days later I checked order status. They changed the decription off the item and put my order on hold. Save yourself the headache and order from a known seller / store."

"I'd be careful about the shipping terms. Read the fine print. First of all, the fact that you have to pay for insurance so that you aren't stuck with a damaged item if UPS bangs it up is ridiculous (if not illegal). Then, it says that some items that are "in stock" require one extra day for shipping (all hardware, for instance). If the item then doesn't ship in 2 days you get into an argument with them on the phone, that even the small print says ONE day and not two or more.

Once the item ships, and assuming UPS doesn't bang it up, you should be in good shape - prices are good.

"Ordered what was supposed to be a 10 pack of dvd-ram disks. The order was finally shipped 2 weeks later! And, even worse, I only received a single disk and not the 10 pieces advertised!!

Luckily my order was only for a small amount of money.Evidently they are one of the "bait and switch" vendors you read about on the internet. I will never again do business with them and I will not recommend them to anyone else.

"Ordered software by phone- assured by seller that item was in stock and would ship that day.
10 days later I received an email stating my cc had been credited with the purchase price.
Called Atomicpark- on hold for 26 minutes- told item was sold out and not available. Don't waste your time with these losers!

"i am very satisfied :

despite many complaints , i see that these problems happen occasionaly , i have ordered
4 times , and it was fast shipping , easy to folow checkout , i have recieved the tracking numbers for all orders after short time ,
when i read all those complaints , i doubt in them
but i see by my expreience with them
that there is no problems at all.
one note that store still have draw back which is only the technical problem but it is almost didn't affect recieving product and shape ,finaly : i advice anyone to shop at their store .

"The experience with AtomicPark.com turned out to be very very disappointed. I will never buy any product from them ever again. The client service staffs are nice and polite but they did not live up to their promises. They keep providing you false hope. But basically not telling you the truth!!

I just got off the phone with them a few minutes ago. The product I bought was QuickBook Enterprise 7.0 10 User. I placed the order since 8 Nov 06. First they said there was a problem with a credit card. I provided a new one but later informed that old one worked and charged since 10 Nov 06 - this is without informing me but fine. The status was then changed to "Schedule to Ship on Monday, which assumably Monday 12 Nov." Waited a few days, checked online status - not changed. Called them a few times. They all said it was to be shipped today or next day. Waited again - online status still not changed.

Just last Monday 20 Nov 06, I had a feeling that this was not right. I wrote them an email asking to reply back to confirm on the shipping. No replies. I called on 22 Nov - spoke to Mr.Dodge, who according to other staffs a supervisor/manager, he said it will be shipped today and will email a tracking number by the end of the day. Naturally, I didn't receive any email. I called again today, 23 Nov, spoke to a lady. Again, she informed that the record said to be shipped TODAY. I asked to check since I could wait. She said could not - have to wait until the end of the day for tracking number to be sent!

I complained that I'd waited for almost 2 weeks and would trust them again this time but would definitely expect an email by the end of the day.

A few minutes later, by accidence, I saw the order status was changed to "Schedule to ship on release date"!!!

I called and got to Mr. Nick, the answer he gave me was that they just received an email from Inuit that they are not authorized seller for this product and that he had to cancel this order!!! Darn right it has to be cancelled!

They knew that they are not authorized reseller but they did not tell you the truth - instead said "Schedule to ship on release date" - lie to you again.

This is not an online experience you want to happen to you. Learned from my mistake - DO NOT ever buy anything from them. I've made many online purchases - this is my very first BAD EXPERIENCE and it's named ATOMICKPARK.COM!

"Ordered from this website based on reviews and price. Made order over the phone to see if they were easy to contact in case I needed support (I did). Purchased a flat panel mount in hopes of receiving it before Thanksgiving. Operator mentioned that I would receive confirmation through email and product would be shipped next day even though the website says "Ships Free Today". Never got confirmation. Called back operator stated credit card info was wrong (why did not someone call me back). Corrected info and stated it would be shipped. This went on several more times with more phone calls(about 5-6) stating it would be shipped. It was about my third call I received an inovoice. Two operators stated they would walk the order directly to shipping. Two also said they would upgrade shipping. On a good note- Operators tend to answere under 2 mins and are generally nice. Finally asked to talk to a manager. Transfer to a voice mail. Left message stating my issues and planned to cancel my order. Order finally shipped on the 21st (12 days later). Item is stated to arrive on the Monday after Thanksgiving even with the 3 day shipping. Don't plan on doing buisness with them again. I would order anything after the 10th of December if you want it before X-Mas. "

"Store advertised same day shipping, its been 1 week and the item has not shipped. I sent an email requesting information about the order, I received the auto response saying they got the email, but no actual response about the questions in the email. Its been 3 days since I sent the email. Bottom line, avoid this store. I found my item for the same price at other stores but used this company because of the 'quick' shipping, big mistake."

"I was a little concerned about the order I placed with Atomic Park after reading some of the reviews here. The printer I ordered said ships today, albeit I ordered it on Sunday, it should have shipped Monday...instead it shipped Tuesday. No biggy about the ship date, just thought it should not read "ships today" and not ship the next business day. My only complaint is the lack of communication through email. I never received an email notifying me that the item had shipped, nor did I get a tracking number. As stated I placed the order on Sunday and received it on Thursday...which I was pleased with."

I contacted my credit card company and learned that they had already charged my account. Since it seems illegal to me that they would charge my account for a product they know they can't ship me I am assuming at this point that they are crooks and disputing the charge through my credit card company.

UPDATE OCTOBER 20, 2006: Atomic Park refunded the charge on October 16. I am still not happy that they charged my account for an item that they knew they could not ship me, but I am pleased that they refunded the full amount in a timely manner.

"I ordered Full Auto for the XBox 360, while it was listed at a low price. My credit card was charged for the price plus shipping. The next day I recieved an email that the item cannot be offered at the price that it was purchased for, and was offered to purchase it at well above what it sells for at retail. Upon calling to cancel my order, I was verbally abused by their customer "service" representative, and told to wait for a refund, for an item that I purchased, that they couldn't sell. Avoid Atomic Park at all costs, they bait you with a low price, and then just switch the price after you pay.

Three days later, after I have been told I would recieve my refund for the cancellation, I still have not gotten it. Payment to Atomic Park cleared and posted, but no inclination of any refund yet. Avoid this site at all costs, a bait and switch would be one thing, but now it appears that they are just thieves!
