"I was nervous to order from Art.com after reading several bad reviews online. But I found a picture that I really wanted and I couldn't buy it directly from the photographer, so I decided to take a chance and order from Art.com. The picture shipped really quickly, I received it within a few days, much faster than the estimated shipping date. I ordered my picture on the largest canvas they offer, it was shipped in a nice, sturdy, cardboard wrap and was completely protected from any rough handling. The picture quality is good, not excellent, but I am very happy with how it looks mounted on my wall. You can really only tell the quality is not perfect when you get very close (a foot or closer) and as I have it mounted over my bed, most people just see it from the hall, it looks really beautiful. I would order again from them, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. "

My only complaint is that the shipping packaging was totally substandard - when I saw what shape it was in upon arrival, I was sure our order was damaged. The packing tape had come loose and the box was actually open and damaged in several sports.; but by some miracle it came out unscathed."
