"I pre-ordered a Magpul bipod and received an email with a tracking number saying my order shipped (3-10 day shipping). After 11 days, I emailed arms unlimited and received a lame excuse about them not receiving enough bipods and they appreciate my patience. I'm still waiting with no bipod in sight. I will never buy from arms unlimited again, especially since I cancelled my pre order with optics planet because arms unlimited said they had the bipod in stock. It seems very dishonest to mark an item as shipped when they haven't shipped it."

"Do yourself a favor, don't shop here. I ordered a rifle that was listed "In Stock" and got an email saying it was shipped with a tracking number so I thought okay. About a week went by without any tracking updates, I'm like hmm something isn't right. I emailed them asking about it and their response was that the rifle was
"currently in transit to their warehouse. We have processed your order early in order to reserve a unit for you. Please allow a few more days for the item to ship out..."
Strike one.
Then I emailed about the fact that it was listed as "in stock" when I bought it. Got an auto-reply style email "we appreciate your patience". LOL
Strike two.
I call them out on it with another email saying, yeah no that's unlawful. Federal Trade Comission mail order rule 16 CFR Part 435, basically says sellers have to ship something to you that you bought in the time frame they advertised, or they have to ask your permission to accept delay or refund your money. They did neither. They said they'd refund the purchase and sent me an email with an official looking refund receipt. okay. looks legit enough.
Nope! Checked with the credit card company and no refund. No bueno.
Strike Three.
At least I ordered with the credit card company and can dispute the charges? LOL. What a joke. This company also clearly generates a lot of fake 5 star reviews for themselves all over the internet to prop up their image. Pathetic!

" placed my order over a week ago. On April 2, 2018 I received 2 emails that my order had shipped. I looked, and indeed the charge had been processed on my card. For 3 days now, I have been trying to track my order status on UPS. NOTHING shows. The UPS "Virtul Assistant" tells me to contact the vendor. I have been trying to call them for over an hour and get a recording that due to telephone company problems my call cannot be connected. As a first time customer I am left to consider is this a scam of some kind?"

I WAS INCENSED. I figured no problem, I will contact UPS and PAY TO HAVE THEM CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATE. I contacted UPS and they told me “the UPS MY CHOICE” WAS DISABLED AS AN OPTION FOR THIS DELIVERY therefore I couldn’t change the delivery date even if I payed! Well considering I’m doctor in the service, I had to hire a sitter to sit outside my front door so when UPS DROPPED OFF MY PACKAGE WITHOUT A SIGNATURE, my package would not get stolen! I’ve bought a a good amount of stuff from Arms Unlimited. If your not willing to listen to your customers, don’t offer a comments section! It cost me $120.00 to have a sitter at my house on the day of delivery."
