"A pistol was shipped without the mags. Mags were then shipped separately. They just threw the two mags in a mailing bag without even wrapping them, mags got all scratched up from banging against each other during transit. I emailed them about it and no one even replied. Owners manual had the cover all bent. Not what I would expect from a factory new pistol. Sloppy way of doing business. I will buy elsewhere from now on....."

"I purchased a LE901 upper in 6.5 Creedmoor on 26 May 2019. On 20 July, I saw the price had been reduced from $1235 to $995. After contacting the company, there were no offers of any kind to match the more recent price or to return the product unopened. Customer service is non-existent. "

"This was my first and last experience with this business. I ordered the CAA Roni conversion for a Glock 19. This business evidently does not care about the legal consequences that their sales subject their customers to. The only information I was offered was that the conversion kit required a form 1 and $200 tax stamp issued by the ATF before you could merge the pistol with the conversion kit. After I ordered the conversion kit, I realized that one could be prosecuted for owning a short barreled rifle just by possessing the two items, even if the conversion kit is still in its original box. After finding this out through research, I panicked for a second because I did not want to be defending myself against the ATF. When the merchandise came in, I immediately put a shipping label on the original box without even opening it. Arms Unlimited received the return and deducted 15% of original purchase price from my refund so the swindled me out of about $50.00 plus I paid $20.00 to have the merchandise shipped back. This is outrageous!! I understand 15% fee might be their policy, but exceptions can be made especially if it’s their responsibility of putting a customer at risk of being prosecuted by the ATF. I sent them an email explaining my position, but Arms Unlimited did not even have the decency to respond to my email. They certainly have the FU attitude towards customers and as a result, I feel the same about Arms Unlimited. "

"They will print out the shipping label and say shipped on the order but no shipping updates will happen until they pack your order and actually hand the package to the carrier which can take a while if they have many orders and/or out of stock.

But other than that they are responsive to emails and do ship everything as promised. Prices are good too."

"I inadvertently ordered the wrong tac light “thought it came w/pressure switch”,and wanted to exchange it. Nope, send it back, pay a 15% re-stocking fee plus shipping charges. So I decided just to order a pressure swith. Asked them which one would wirk with my light. They send me a link to a switch with a plug on the end. No explanation that I would also need to order a diff end cap that accepts the plug in switch. Not gonna be doing business with these guys again. Too many companies out there that are more customer oriented. "
