Never received my 1 & only order w them. They refused to answer anymore emails & both of their phone numbers are turned off. I'm sure due to the multiple angry customer calls.

"First time customer. Ordered Olight laser/light 10-7-2020 after 2 weeks I have not received the item and I was not notified of any problem. Only after contacting customer service was I told that they had a problem with their inventory and that the item should be shipped within the week. This is the first time I purchased anything from this company and I am pretty disappointed in the experience. Will be asking for a full refund and will not be a return customer."

Arms Unlimited was the first and only one so far that alerted me that the product was in stock. I ordered it immediately and they recommended the mount kit/screws too. They also shipped my gun same day my gun dealer contacted them where to ship to. I have since then emailed questions about products and got a quick answer and ordered other products. "I signed up for a “Back in Stock” notification days ago. Yesterday, less than one hour after receiving an email from A.U, I signed into their website, placed the item in my basket, inputted all CC info, added a note to the order and hit “complete.” THEN, was told the item was not in stock. "

"Received my items but the ambi mag release is of poor quality (very gritty) and the ambi safety didn’t fit. Tried to call and got a voicemail. Emailed them and received a copy and paste return policy and an RMA number. No effort to talk to me or help. Charged me 15% restock fee, made me pay shipping both ways. A 15% restock fee AND shipping for merchandise that has not been used and is in the original packaging Is unreasonable. I would talk to them but they don’t answer their phone. "

"I ordered a Magpul D60 mag for AR 15. Price was good, shipped same day. Only issue was USPS. Took longer than expected to arrive. I live in Oregon and ordered out of Nevada. Not sure why it went to New Mexico. Again USPS issue. No Arms Unlimited Issues."
"Ordered a couple of items, that when placed said"in stock" didn't see nothing happening so emailed. Was told that, well the items weren't necessarily in stock, but were ordered and should be there in a couple of weeks/days. I agreed to wait. Then on 05/27/2020 got email from Arms Unlimited that stated "your package has shipped" with a tracking number. I checked tracking number several times and saw NO movement of the package. I tried calling numerous times but only received a pre-recorded message, I have come to the conclusion that there is NO ONE there to answer any phone! It hadn't left their (Arms Unlimited) facilities. Sent email questioning why? I had paid for expedited shipping and it hasn't left their facilities! Was emailed an excuse. I even attached a "screen shot" of their email of BEING shipped. Again, more excuses. Be very careful!! May want to consider a more reputable company."
