"Does anyone have trouble reaching this company. I placed an order last week which shows for almost a week pending review, but I can find no proof or any way to further check. I have heard the voice recording all day Thursday, Friday and now Monday and left several voice messages plus i have sent emails on Thursday Friday and Monday with no more than automated response.
Just wondering if the are really still in business"

"I'm still unclear why we didn't receive what we expected. The people I dealt with were patient and professional, they really go the extra time to help. I want to write a great review because even though my product didn't come out correct this time, I know our last product was was fine . . . make sure about what color mode your computer is using. I guess in the end we had hoped for a compromise on cost so we could redo our brochure and make the needed corrections. But maybe the just couldn't do that."
“As per our conversation a few weeks ago your artwork was in RGB color format which is for internet use. Printing is always done in CMYK color format and if RBG artwork is submitted for printing a severe color shift can occur. Also the brochure you were comparing the final prints to was run on generic copy paper and from a home office type of printer. Printing something in a home office is not the same as offset printing and we also use different paper stocks, inks and coatings so it's not a good base for color comparison. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call.”

"Was told the rackcard would print out the same as the last order...but the background color is MUCH lighter...so it shows pink instead of purple."
“We don't understand this review because after reviewing your account we see that you also took issue with the background color during the first printing of this artwork back in August 2012. You sent us samples and said the background was pink instead of purple even though the printed rack cards matched the artwork provided to us. We advised you that if you wanted a deeper purple background that the artwork would need to be changed on your end and also it should be submitted in CMYK color format and not RGB as it was done in 2012. Any artwork that's submitted in RGB color format may experience a color shift and/or washed out colors.”
