So ok, guess it's my fault. Clearly noone there reviews proofs BEFORE you send them to customers, so no point in sending them! Thanks I now have no wedding favors! From your comment I have to assume you used one of our free templates for design and had a problem using the template properly and/or did not proof read your art before sending to print. In addition, you would have received a proof before printing and you must have approved it or we would not have printed the job. If you get back to us with a job number we will attempt to see exactly what happened

You can sign onto your account and submit new artwork for this or any other job. When it comes to the payment section, hit "use house credit". "Aries Print is a very reliable cost effective service. I really love the quality of the finished product. The design creator software is easy to use. The options are awesome and the turn around time is fantastic. Two negatives, but not worth dinging the rating for. 1, if you create a custom design and go through all that work "on postcards at least " and realize you want a different size card, even slightly different, you can't switch it, you must re create it. :( , which led to a customer service call, which leads to #2, customer service is now handled by a 3rd party service:( :( it wasn't always like that. I wish somebody directly in the company could help you. Not a guy who gives up quick ....and is rude. Stupid outsourcing. But 5 stars still for awesome product!!! Awesome price! Local print shops hate trying to compete , but hey. Its my $ and I need to use it wisely. Thanks Aries ..."
