No issues

"My 3 plants that I ordered arrive within the time frame the website described. All plants arrived healthy and we'll packaged. From experience I know that most plants ordered through websites will have snails or snail eggs. I learned the hard way that all aquarium plants need to be treated for snails, even if you don't see snails or eggs. internet has many sites on **** snails before they go into aquariums.
I was very happy with Aquariumplants.com. The price was right, best deal on plants ive come across. I did not need to call the seller, so I can not comment on their public relations.

Ordered aquarium plants for the first time

"I ordered plants from this company because the price was right for so many of the plants that I wanted to try. I am a beginner when it comes to planted aquariums. I ordered on a Wednesday and ordered 2 day shipping then I didn't ever get a tracking number so I started to read reviews and then I got worried. Well it turned out as stated on the website and i missed it that they only harvest once a week and if you miss that day then you have to wait till the next week. Well its Thursday of the following week and i recieved my order everything was alive and in good shape and I'm happy."

False advertising

"Well I thought I bought two brackets for my ai hydra 26s filled my ores out checked out. Waited all all for a shipping number. Received nothing so I emailed them and asked for a tracking number since I paid for 2 day shipping and next thing Ik I get a refund. So I call the store and the guy gives me a story saying some how they had the wrong price and since it was the wrong price they where refunding my money back as I told the guy that’s false advertisement he told me to call Hilary clinton and told me to **** off you cry baby. "

First time buyer.

"I ordered five red flag swords also two melon swords. PLANTS took 4 days in good condition had to trim a few leaves. Over all I'll buy again. Five stars PLANTS. They were sent to the worng ZIP code I had to drive 15 miles to pick them up or they were going to send them back to the send them back. Not my fault I gave the right zip code."

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

"I placed an order last week and selected the two day shipping option since it was a Thursday and I could expect my plants to be in on Saturday. I’ll go ahead and consider my $30 gone. Like mentioned in another review, they are quick to take your money and slow to return. I wish I had read reviews on this company before buying from them. I’ve tried to contact them via email and no response. I will more than likely throw my order in the trash when it gets here seeing that most orders come with snails or dead. AQUARIUM PLANTS IS ABSOLUTE TRASH!"

Pest snails, gray worms, brown plants

"Just got my order of wisteria, hornwort, java moss, and Monte Carlo today. First thing I noticed was that over half of the hornswort I got was brown. I will say that I'm new at planted tanks, but I'm pretty sure hornswort is meant to be green. They also looked like cutlings and not actually rooting stems but what do I know, right? The second issue I noticed when I was inspecting the java moss. When spreading it out flat to prep it for my tank, I noticed something wriggling in it. Sure enough it's some kind of small gray worm. Again. I'm new at this but when I looked at the container it came in and saw more larvae/worms, I was grossed out. Third problem I just noticed now and was the tipping point that led me to type this up. I discovered pest snails in the wisteria. I didn't even bother to contact the company because I just now read that there is typically no response on their behalf. I won't ever purchase from here again. "

Half my order was “meh” but the other half was phenomenal

"Yes, the two XXL swordplants were magnificent, and the Tiger Lotus bulbs arrived with healthy-looking leaves and roots. The Pennywort was scraggly and the leaves suffered from the trip, and there was duckweed all over the three baskets of Bacopa that I REALLY hope I sufficiently cleared away before I planted them ( I know I should have a quarantine tank in which to stage the plants before they go in the main tank, but I’m lucky to have talked my husband into the one tank at all). It’s a nightmare dealing with a duckweed infestation.
The price of the plants is extremely fair, but the cost of shipping next day is ghastly, and two day shipping causes the condition of the plants to really deteriorate (a mistake I made only once) , BUT I don’t suppose it’s fair to blame shipping costs on the purveyor...not everyone can be like Amazon, and Amazon doesn’t offer as high a caliber of aquatic plants, so there you are.

Charged twice, refused to give a refund.

"I purchased an order for a few plants with Amazon on their website. I was having a hard time getting an order to go through with that service so I tried PayPal. All of a sudden I get an email saying I was charged with amazon, and PayPal. Sure, no problem just contact them to cancel one of the orders. Nothing.

Called multiple times. Nothing.

Fine, I'll get PayPal to get my money back. They upload the tracking number from the Amazon order and PayPal automatically sides with the seller and I've been charged TWICE for my order with no recourse. I'll be doing a chargeback on my credit card with Amazon now. What a terrible company, avoid at all costs.

Terrible Customer Service / Warranty Coverage

"My Carbon Doser regulator was sent back DURING the warranty period for repair. AP claimed water got inside despite me using THEIR check valve and sent me a bill for $90 for the repair. They basically stole my item and never sent it back to me when i refused to pay for the repair. AVOID THIS COMPANY as they do not support their warranty or products."

"Received my order missing an item. Immediately took a photo and emailed customer service for resolution. 9 days pass with no communication. Email them again with the same results. On top of that some of the plants I ordered were dead on arrival."

"Do not get their products. ZERO customer service! Sent back my co2 regulator to be fixed. Weeks later, no response, nothing, not a word from them after several emails. Basically they stole my item. I will be filing a customer compliant against them. "

Next level garbage service

"PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THEM!!! I have ordered plants from them too, but this time was a joke. Completely screwed over on shipping. Was told to email with order number and tell them when you want it to arrive. Never happened. They sent them when they wanted, on the hottest day of the year yet!! Thanks guys!! Then, my Christmas moss arrive in tiny, chopped up pieces. Like they opened a pot and broke it apart to fill the others....unbelieveable!!! So I call them...and the guy on the phone eventually goes "You know.....Ive had a long day...and if this is the worst thing that happens to you today I feel sorry for you. Send in an email and I'll have someone take a look!" *click* STELLAR customer service. Second to none. I will never order from them again. "

"I've been doing business with Aquariumplants.com as a consumer for about 6 years or so, and the only knocks I would have on them be they can be slightly pricey, and I am careful to clean for Snail eggs, as One should be for all new Plant purchashaeses. Aqplants.com should do a better job examining for Snails prior to releasing Orders for Shipment.
