"I placed an order for the lower basket for an LG dishwasher. The original basket was rusty in some areas. The part arrived in a timely manner; however, the plastic clips that hold the dividers in place were all broken. We took the retaining clips off the old basket and used them for replacements on the new basket. I didn't report this to the shipper because I was able to reuse the old parts."
