I ordered a 13-inch Macbook battery to replace the original, which died after five years of use. I was able to purchase the battery at a small discount by using the Education Store available on the Apple.com Store website along with my college email address. Shipping was free but tax was included. Best of all, my order was shipped almost immediately after it was made and arrived the next day!!"

"I'm very disappointed in this internet store. I ordered an ipod case on Nov. 30 2011 and the order status showed "in process" for weeks. Finally called to find out what was happening only to be told that the items had been "discontinued" and would not be shipped.
