"Ordering was easy. But the shipping to send my 100 pens to me was ridiculous. Shipping was almost half of the cost of the pens. You give us a great deal on the price of the pens but then screw us on the shipping costs. My total for the pens was $99 and the shipping cost was $40.82 for 100 pens that probably don't weigh 5 lbs!!! That's crazy. I probably won't order again. "
