"I ordered 2 AMD barebones kits from them. After a few weeks, one of them stopped working correctly. After sending it back, they told me it worked fine and sent it back. However, it didn't work at all, and the support manager was rude, and refused to either refund me or take the computer back unless I sent back all the components I'd purchased myself. Even then, they wouldn't guarantee they'd do anything other than send it back to me whether I got it working right or not. All the other components work fine in the other identical computer."

"shipping took a bit longer then I expected so that was a small problem. They dont ship to different addresses on credit cards either so i had to spend an extra $30 so my parents could send it to me at school which was a bummer. price was fair. Customer service was a little confusing because the person who Emailed and talked to me didnt know english very well and could come off as a bit rude over Email and amature-ish. He was very polite over the phone though."
