"Absolutely terrible experience with the seller. I placed an order which was accepted, then 4 days later I got an email saying that the price had gone up because the item was discontinued and in short supply. If I still wanted the item I would have to pay $8 more for it (from $28 to $36! a nearly 30% increase). Apparently they don't have the items in stock and only buy them from the supplier when a customer buys from them. This explains the long delay in the response from their customer service. They claim their goal is 100% customer satisfaction but trying to raise the price on a product that was confirmed ordered four days later shows this to not be true. Terrible service, I would avoid this company."
"Frist I ordered the parts on line from your company the shipping time siad it would take up to ten days to get the parts. I receved a email that the parts were shipped the same day I ordered them and I receved the parts on thursday two days later on my door step. That was great then it only took me two hours to install all three parts.The electric jack for the front of my trailer worked better than the original one did by hand or with power. American RV from what I saw had the best prices on line and the service was outstandins they will be the company I will turn to for all my replacement parts from now on.
