handles which add another 5 inches to its overall length.

I didn't receive a order confirmation email because I entered my email wrong ( my fault... Oops) but when I clicked on their "online chat help" thing on their website, they quickly resolved the issue...

My only suggestion would be an update to the website, as many of the items are difficult to find. I had to enter the actual product item # to get what I was looking for, instead of being able to click to it by product type... "

"The flushing mechanism in our travel trailer toilet failed, and I decided to replace the toilet with a slightly higher one that has the full-bowl flush and water saver features. I had a 2-week time frame before our next trip with the trailer, so was a little nervous about the shipping time needed for a toilet. After doing my research, I placed my order with American RV on a Sunday, so the order wasn't processed until Monday. The toilet was on its way the next day, and UPS delivered it 6 days later. The carton arrived a little damaged, having been dropped on at least 2 corners in transit. However, thanks to the excellent packing job done, either by Thetford or by American RV, the toilet arrived in perfect condition, and in plenty of time for me to install it and test it before we leave on our upcoming vacation. I am very impressed with the speed and professionalism with which American RV filled my order, and though this was my first order with this company, I will feel very inclined to contact them for future RV supplies. Oh, and by the way, their price was one of the best I found on the internet, and one of their competitors said the toilet I wanted "usually ships in 1 to 3 months". That text was probably supposed to read "1 to 3 days", but that was reason enough to keep looking, and I'm glad I landed on American RV's site.
