"Overall, this was a wonderful transaction with American Fast Floors!! I ordered a relatively small amount (10 boxes--50 pieces total) of discontinued tile that was only available through the manufacturer, who I called and would not deal with me directly, but they did give me the name and number of another tile place in Buffalo, NY that they would sell the tile to. I called this tile company in Buffalo for a price quote and then I did a search on the internet and found American Fast Floors, who I also called for a quote. I knew that I would be paying a hefty price for shipping due to the weight of the tile. The tile company in Buffalo quoted MORE for the tile, MORE for shipping and I would have had to travel to Buffalo (2 hour drive) to pick up the tile. American Fast Floors quoted much cheaper price for the tile, cheaper price for shipping and shipped directly to my home. I saved a total of $230.00 by dealing with American Fast Floors. I also avoided a 2 hour drive to Buffalo to pick up the tile and, instead, it was delivered right to my home.
In addition to saving a good amount of money, I ordered this tile on Monday afternoon, 5/12/14 and it was at my home on Friday, 5/16/14. The tile made it from Virginia to my home in a rural part of Western, NY in four days and in perfect condition!!! Amazing!!!
Also, the person I spoke to at American Fast Floors (Bryan) was very helpful and courteous. He said I would be getting an e-mail confirmation and within minutes I got the e-mail confirmation. I was a little bit skeptical at first about ordering over the phone through a company I had never heard of before, but I am so glad that I did. I would definitely recommend American Fast Floors!!! Thank you Bryan at American Fast Floors for getting me the tile I needed with such speed and overall ease.

"I should have listened to my gut when I saw this site. I was willing to pay any price to get what I needed... but I guess spending a couple hundred dollars was to little for this company, if they really exist!
I read that they would "call me" before shipment, and as strange as that was, I still placed my order online and gave them my credit card. I guess I am the fool!
I placed my order and got an email confirmation and waited for 20 days. I emailed them, and called them (you can only leave a voicemail! Aha!), but no response and no product
Funny thing... I knew I had been screwed, but I gave them the time and the benefit of the doubt. So today I went to build dot com and ordered the very same tile. Instant email confirmation... Automated order like every other place I have ordered from during my huge renovation project, and my tile is shipping today.
That's the way it is supposed to happen.
My guess is that is a shell company that really doesn't have any inventory. They are probably only viewing orders looking for the cream of the crop, then ordering the flooring from others and having them drop ship it just to make a profit.
You probably want to look elsewhere."
"I was a little hesitant to buy harwoord floor online. There were some websites that offer great prices but aren't there when it is time to deal with them.
Finally I got this guy, Bryan Gillis, from American Fast Floors. He gave me a pretty good price; it was an honest quote all the way. No gimmick!
I got the right quality product and whenever there were an issue or a question, either by email or by phone, Bryan was always there; he always answered very quickly.
I recommand Bryan because he gives great service and he won't let you down.

"I needed a small amount of tile to replace some existing tile in my kitchen. I couldn't find it at the place I originally bought it from because the style had been discontinued. Bryan was able to source the product back east, and got it to me in a couple of weeks. I would recommend American Fast Floors to anybody trying to buy hard to find items, if its out there they'll get it for you which is more than I can say for the tile stores in my area. "

"I don't understand this company at all. The first order I placed went absolutely fine BUT then I placed another order on 2/1/14. My credit card was charged. The order was shipped to the wrong address and I never received it. They sent a replacement order to the correct address but it was the wrong merchandise. I was told a week ago that they were correcting the order and that I should receive it in " couple of days." One week later I still have not received my order, nor is there anything en route from FedEx and I can't seem to even get a response from my latest email. BUT, they have my money!
To add insult to injury on March 14, Bryan Gillis placed a public note responding to my review: “You have been refunded 100% of all your orders. Even the ones you received correctly the first time.” I want everyone to know that it is now 3/22 and there is no refund in sight. And to top it all off, I found the exact same tile at a local tile store as the one I'd ordered at Am. Fast Floors. I paid $.56 a tile compared to the $2.38 a tile that AFF charged me! "

"I am very impressed with this company. I needed some flooring that happened to be discontinued by the manufacturer. Several places quoted me what I needed, but I would upon questioning I would find out that they actually did not have there own stock and that they were going to ordered from the manufacturer. It did not take long for them to contact me to tell me they could not get the material anymore....DUH. When I contacted American Fast Floors they told me they had there own stock and new exactly how much of it was left. I ordered and received the shipment within a week. Awesome and I am very happy. "

"We ordered the flooring from American Fast Floors for our new home, so we had very high expectations. Bryan was great at answering our questions before the purchase, and we were so impressed with how fast we received the product. We had a tight deadline, and the flooring we received was even more beautiful than we expected. "My experience with American Fast Floors has been, without a doubt, the worst online experience I have ever had. The customer service has been terrible. I submitted my order on 11/24/13. I authorized shipping on 11/26/13. Brian forgot to submit my order for shipment. I called and emailed numerous times having to deal with the rude and unhelpful answering service. Brian did not respond to my messages or emails. Brian did not ship my order until 12/09/13. When the order finally arrived on 12/11/13, only half of my order had been sent although I paid for the entire order.
So, another round of email and phone calls to Brian that went unanswered and unresponded to. I finally had to file a dispute over the charge on my credit card because Brian has still not responded to my calls or emails. It is now 12/18/13, and I have received onlyhalf of my original order and have not been refunded any of the money I paid.
In short, Brian has avoided my calls and emails and has not refunded my money. I will never do business with this company again. Buyer beware these people are not honest and are not responsive. "
"We placed two orders through American Fast Floors - one large and one very small order. In both cases, Bryan was incredibly responsive, prompt and helpful in getting our order placed and delivered to a nearby distributor for fast pickup. When one center wouldn't respond timely, he spent an entire morning tracking down another distribution center who could confirm that the order would be delivered timely. Our second order was only for 10 tiles, but Bryan treated it with the same priority as a large order. He kept our renovation on time and gave us a great price. I'm hoping to be done with renovations for a while, but this is my place if I ever need tile again! Excellent service!!"
