Below is my email to them:

""Good morning! So as I said yesterday, you messed with my brain for 2 days not providing a tracking number, I ordered merchandise from a different vendor yesterday and I will get it by tomorrow. Please stop the shipment ( I doubt you sent one), even if you shipped it already I will not except it and it will be send it back to you. Also I put amounts charged by your company on dispute – both for merchandise and for shipment. I don’t think you are planning to return my money.
Also you sold me this product with a free shipping but in a few days after you sent me email I had to pay additional $59.10 for shipping (all documented), which is unacceptable. I paid that amount because I needed the merchandise right away, but the shipping address on UPS label UPS found undeliverable and I drove long way to pick it up by myself from UPS office.
After all, Laticrete 9235 is a liquid, by I got jelly ( I think it is very old) and the can was unsealed, looks like somebody opened it already. But I thought it still be good, I applied it along with Laticrete Waterproofing Membrane, but jelly was not go thru material drying up very fast, and next day I had to remove it. I send all picture to you.
Believe me I am using this product not the 1st time.

Very bad experience….

The Fine Print

"Placed an order, received a confirmation, everything looked great. The next day I received an email telling me that I needed to pay for shipping separately - never mentioned in the original order. The confirmation says $00.00 for shipping - that was in writing! I called to inquire was told that the shipping info was "in the fine print". I expressed my disappointment and the customer service person, Bianca started laughing at me. Really??
I cancelled the order - should have looked here first.

Bait and Switch

"Ordered four pieces of 24"x24" tile and was granted free shipping. The website said the tile was sold by the piece. After a several days I received an email and was informed that that the tile was sold only by the carton containing 16 sq. ft. and that I would have to pay $150 for shipping in addition to upping my order to 16 sq. ft. I was given the option to cancel my order or pay additionally. I asked if I could just pick up the tile to avoid paying shipping and I further stated that I had already ordered four pieces (16 sq ft). They replied that I actually ordered only 4 sq. ft. (due to their confusing website) and they attached their shipping policy which they said I agreed to when I placed my order. They conveniently left out the part about them granting me "free shipping." Obviously, after all this... I just cancelled the order. American Fast Floor is aptly named, because I think they tried to pull a fast one. Next time I get the urge to buy from American Fast Floor, I'll walk into a tile store."

"Ordered tile in January, called, emailed, left VMs - Long story short - they don't do business with Daltile any longer (no mystery there) and I never got my tile."

Not Fast, no customer service

"I placed a relatively simple order and was assured it would be out the next week, after two weeks I called back to find out where it was and had not even left the supplier yet. I canceled my order and asked for a refund again after two weeks of not seeing it called back three times and have not received my refund either. Do not use this company!"

Horrible service and communication

"Worst customer service and communication. I placed an order over a week ago and no one ever got back to me. I wrote them three times using FB communicator as THEY requested, no reply.
I finally called and they are saying now that I would be charged shipping!! What?! However,ñ they cant tell me how much, or when, they say they would call me back!!
Asked for a supervisor, the lady said she would have him call me back, I said no, I need a number or be transfer, she hanged up on me.
Avoid the headache and go some place else.

Worst Online Tile Retailer Ever!

"Caveat Emptor! Buy at your own risk. I'll save myself time, because I've wasted enough dealing with this company, and say that my experience is similar to the rest of the negative reviews here. Wrong shipping, phone calls and email back and forth, higher price to pick up from shipping terminal, and on and on... 5th week and still no tile and no answer why. AFF's BS is affecting my reputation with my client. Customer service seemed on top of my order at first and then stopped responding. A better price can be the stereotype of, 'You get what you pay for!'. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!'"

Useless Website and Company

"I placed an order for a simple pail of epoxy grout on their website on a Tuesday. There was no charge shown for shipping (weird) and I paid by cc and it was confirmed by email. The next day I received an email saying the shipping was $15, so I was again directed to their website to pay that by cc and it was confirmed via email. The next day I received yet another email asking about what color I wanted and what exactly I was trying to order. (WHY?) I called the company and was informed that they don't even have the kit I ordered and they'd have to try to "find it" or send me a bigger one (one where I'd have to measure the parts into smaller quantities for my purpose), and that conversation dragged on and on. While on the phone I checked my cc and found that the company had already charged by cc for the product that they didn't even have and hadn't yet shipped. I told the rep they were totally untrustworthy and I want my $$ refunded, and if I don't receive it I will contest the charge with my cc company. Don't bother trying to order from this company. They obviously don't understand online retail."

"We placed a very simple order. Six weeks later it still has not arrived. After 10 phone calls to customer service over the course of 5 days, still not a single returned phone call, nor a single bit of information about why the product never shipped. Cancelling the order and bringing our business elsewhere."

Excellent Customer Service at AFF!

"Everyone I spoke with at American Fast Floors was very helpful in processing my order, which was placed because they had the lowest price I could find for the tile I wanted online. The shipping was more than I expected, but made sense after they explained to me how much a pallet of tile weighs. They even helped me out on the shipping by pointing out a discount code that I had missed in their blog! Thank you American Fast Floors for helping me keep my home improvement project within my budget!"

No Catchy Title-Just Poor Service

"Was hesitant about placing an order with this company due to the lack of follow up after calling them. I gave in an placed an order and now wished i had not. Our order was shipped to the wrong address even though the correct address was given at the time of placing the online order. I called numerous times and no one ever followed up. I was quoted two entirely different shipping charges. I was given the brush off by Bryan and other employees that worked there. My experience was less than stellar and I would not recommend this company to anyone who value good customer service with accurate information. "

"Could not be happier with my experience ordering from Bryan and American Fast Floors! Needed a large quantity of tile and underlayment for a big job on my vacation home in Tahoe, and not only did American Fast Floors offer a more reasonable price than I could find locally at the retail stores, they were able save me money on shipping by picking it up locally at their warehouse in Sacramento! They said they would have it available to pick up in 4 days, and it was there as promised. The fact that they would take the time to try and find a way to save me money on my personal project instead of just charging me for shipping with no questions asked says a lot about the customer service of this company! Job is done and it looks wonderful! Thank you so much Bryan and AFF!"

"I placed an order for grout on 6/3 and they sent me an e-mail two days later to approve shipping method and cost. I approved it on 6/5. I waited over two weeks for delivery and called them on 6/22 and they were going to get shipping number and call me back. No response. I called back on 6/23 and they said it was shipped USPS so they don't have tracking number. It will be there by Friday. I asked when it shipped and she said yesterday. If they forgot to ship it and then finally shipped it two weeks later they could have at least two day shipped it to me. I will see if it gets here by Friday 3 weeks after I ordered it. This is the last thing I am waiting for to put my house on the market, I hope it doesn't hold me up further."
