"Worst Customer Service ever. I initially called to ask about the product on Friday, 4/17/15, and spoke with Bryan. I explained to Bryan I needed the product ASAP. Bryan was very knowledgeable about the product and seemed to be of great service. He said he would email me links and pricing that afternoon. He assured me that if I ordered by Sunday that I would have the product by Thursday, 4/23/15. Friday evening came and went, Saturday, Sunday - nothing.

I called again on Monday, 4/20/15, and spoke with Bryan again. He said, I'll send it right over. Monday evening came and went, Tuesday - nothing.

So again, I call on Wednesday, 4/22/15, and spoke with a female. The company seems to only have Bryan, the owner, and one other female (possibly his daughter or ex-wife). Explained to the female that I needed pricing asap and she said Bryan would send that over. Take a guess what happened. Exactly, nothing.

I call again on Friday 4/24/15, the day after I should've had the product had Bryan done his job. A male answered and I asked to speak with a manager. He says 'hold on,' puts me on hold and hangs up. I call back to the same voice (Bryan) and ask to speak to a manager, he says "I'm the manager". I tell him I've waited all week for his email. I insist he finally sends the email while I'm on the phone with him. He does. He says if I place my order by Saturday night the shipment would leave their place of business on Monday, 4/27/15, and arrive Thursday, 4/30/15. I do just that. I place my order Friday night.

I receive confirmation emails from American Fast Floors within minutes. Come Monday, 4/27/15, I still have not received and tracking number or anything. I wait until Wednesday, 4/29/15, and call to confirm it has been shipped. Bryan assures me that it was sent Monday, 4/27/15. I ask him to send me a tracking number. He says 'ok, I'll send that right over'. Nothing. Thursday, 4/30/15, comes and no shipment has arrived and no email with tracking number either.

I call again and now I only get voicemails. I tell him I would a tracking number. I received no call back at all just an email on Friday, 5/1/15 (the day after I supposed to receive the product). After reviewing the tracking info I noticed my order was processed Monday, 4/27/15, but did not get dropped off to UPS until after my call to him on Wednesday, 4/2915, the day before it was supposed to arrive. Maybe he sent it over night, but wait, it is already Friday, so maybe he sent it 2 days. Nope. Ground. ETA? 5/6/15... Next Wednesday. The guy just lies.

Now mind you I asked for express shipping to make up for the lack of diligence and only then did Bryan admit that he should have originally sent me an email. He said, "I guess in hind-sight, I see that." That was said on 4/24/15. I should've never placed an order. "

"I placed my order with American Fast Floors for floor tile that I had found at a much lower cost than my local store was willing to sell it to me.It was out of stock in CA but they had it in Texas. The next day the sales rep called with how we could be ship it to Sacramento, CA. They had a warehouse close by but the tile had to come in from Houston.

Anna offered to ship to her warehouse and we could pick up there for about $150 less than what it would have been. The tile arrived in Sac in 4 days. I would recommend American Fast Floors to anyone who can’t seem to find what they want locally and wants a fair price. "Was looking to install new tile in a beach house we just purchased, liked a tile we had used on a previous property but couldnt find it. We found American Fast Floors and there it was, and a bit cheaper i might add. We talked to Logan and he quoted us freight and we were happy with the quote.

"I had the most wonderful experience with American Fast Floors! I had an issue with another company who just outright sent me the wrong material....in desperation I found American Fast Floors and put in my order.
Here I might add that I found EXACTLY what I was looking for, the site is super easy to navigate, and it's a lot of fun looking at all of the other merchandise that they have, and starting to plan more projects!
There was a bit of confusion with emails regarding the shipping (I had been waiting for a phone call...), but when I called and spoke with Bryan today everything was sorted out immediately. He had realized that his original email with the shipping info had probably gone to my spam folder, and he was right. He took the extra step to send from another email, and there it was.
I just couldn't be happier right now.

"I ordered from AFF because they had the best price on Bergen Ebano Poracelain flooring. I will admit, the shipping quote seemed a little high at first, BUT- Brian worked with me on the shipping cost, and the total price was still cheaper than a local retail flooring store that I was shopping at. Nothing was broken when I received it. (Altho, you do have to inspect it right when it is delivered in case there would be a problem.)
My tile contractor said it is a very good quality piece of tile, and the install went well. I am very pleased with the look of the product. Looks just like a black hardwood floor with natural graining, with the durability of tile. I would def recommend AFF, and this particular product. I would def purchase from AFF again."
