"This is the worst vendor at Amazon's marketplace. I simply ordered one eyeliner. That's it. They couldn't even ship it to me within the estimated date. I contacted America RX through Amazon asking why my item hadn't shipped, and I got a response from America RX that they were checking with their shipping department. They never would say if the item was in stock or not. I asked them to cancel the order two weeks after ordering and got an identical scripted reply saying they would check with the shipping dpt. and it was signed by someone else this time. Finally, 3 days after cancellation request, they shipped the item. Also, it never showed as out of stock the whole time. Miracle of miracles, I did get the item, but have made a mental note to never order from America RX again."
"I will never buy from AmericaRX again, I feel that they are a dishonest company. I purchased a cpap mask from them. Their ad stated ComfortGel by Respironics and the picture that they showed was a ComfortGel. I received a mask a less quality made by Drive Medical. I contacted them and received no help. They wanted me to pay for shipping and they were going to charge a restocking fee. I would have lost my money if not for Amazon's A to Z protection. Stay away from AmericaRX. "

"DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have ordered from them several times and they almost always deliver less than the quantity ordered but in the past they always included a refund for the difference. With my most recent order, however, they delivered none of the items I ordered and instead gave me a bunch of things I didn't order. Despite 3 calls and two emails I never received an RMA to return the order as they promised I would get so I am left 100% ripped off on my entire order. These people should be in jail."
"NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! Order was sent with wrong product one month ago and is still not resolved! This was a medication for my dog that she will suffer without which was explained to their customer service rep (yes, Indian and VERY hard to understand) sent several e-mails with NO reply. Today they tell me the product I ordered has been out of stock, online it shows in stock! Worst service I have ever had..and still NO PRODUCT! They did send me another confirmation that my order had been sent after I talked to their cust serv rep..when I tracked the info it was for the first product that was incorrect..they never shipped me the right one!"
"They accepted payment right away, of course, but shipping was painfully slow. They sent me a completely incorrect product and the situation was so slow to resolve. First, I had to email a photo of the incorrect product. Then, they had the audacity to say "if you wish to return this," like I was going to keep a product I didn't even order. All of these emails were sent days apart as they're (quite obviously) operating out of India and in a different time zone. I had to beg to be reimbursed a week after shipping it back. And I was only reimbursed for the price of the product and not shipping, so I only got back half the money I lost from this debacle. Summary: Avoid, avoid, avoid."
"DO NOT SHOP HERE - I placed an order with this company on April 15th. I was not in a huge hurry for the product so I wasn't overly concerned that it took over 2 weeks to be delivered. When I opened the box I discovered that they sent me the wrong product. I sent two emails requesting a return label - no response. I called several times only to be put on hold and then disconnected. When I finally got through to someone - who barely spoke English - I was told that the return was approved a return label would be mailed to me. Two weeks later I had not received the label. After several disconnected phone calls I was told that the label had not been sent out because the return had not been approved by the billing dept. I was assured that the return was now approved and a label was being sent. I did finally receive a return label- three weeks and 3 phone calls later - and immediately sent the package back, but now they are claiming they have no record of the return even though I have proof of delivery from UPS. Unfortunately, I paid with PayPal and it is too late to dispute. I'm sure this was done on purpose. What a bunch of liars and cheats! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!"
