Can't deliver a package on time

"I've been a prime member for years. In the past things were great. The last few months have been horrible. The driver's are lazy and my packages never arrive on time. What's the point of paying for a service when you don't get the benefits of the service? "

Worst

"Worst customer service! Received a few items off my wedding registry.. had a change of heart and sent some items back. Printed each items return slip and placed them all in one box. After a month of being told by multiple customer service reps that they received all the items and it would take 2-3 Business days for my account to be refunded it was now mysteriously missing. I filed an Amazon claim and it has now been three weeks and I have still not heard anything. I am so upset that I did my wedding registry with Amazon and advise everyone not to. All I was trying to do was save a few trees with not using multiple cardboard boxes. Now I’m out hundreds of dollars"

Amazon ****! BAD BUSINESS! Ruined two holidays for my child and cost me hundreds of dollars.

"I bought a Halloween costume that they sent me, ripped and taped back together!! My son had to go trick or treating in his plain clothes! Now my son’s birthday: bought trampoline from them in advance. Missing the legs folks! The legs and screws. Won’t refund my money because of third party’s refund policy. Correct me if I’m wrong but I bought from amazon. Middle finger up to you because now my son’s birthday (FYI he’s also autistic so he can’t understand anything in regards to a refund or replacing a present that was supposed to be there and functioning!) is ruined and as a single parent (mom) I can’t instantly replace the present. Even though I was responsible and purchased the item in advance to the actual day. Amazon has been nothing but a headache. Not worth the prime membership if I keep getting damaged goods. I import for a living. I don’t have the luxury of going to my consumers and saying oh, let me call China about your damaged goods before I give you back you hundreds of invested dollars. I wouldn’t do that even if I could because it is terrible business. The lady from amazon literally told me she was hanging up on me when I tried to plead my case. Just flat out not my problem attitude! I have canceled my membership and you should too! Never will I buy from amazon again. Not even if it was water and I was thirsting to death. Rather drink bleach and end my consumer nightmare than accept anything from those people! (Forget the other products I’ve bought that I don’t care to mention that we’re also defective or falsely advertised! Product bought specifically for a disabled child non the less!) "

a haven for scammers and the unintelligent

"Amazon seller support is honestly comparable to talking to a wall to resolve an issue.

They all have broken English, can't resolve a problem to save their lives and the people that do have the power to solve your issue don't allow you to call them, you have to contact seller central by email, then they just send you a copy paste message based on the keywords you have chosen and get no resolution.

They literally do not care about their sellers, they hire the worst people and have them seem as though they are helping but they arent.

Not to mention, Amazon encourages people to scam third party sellers, they don't care as long as they get their fees the seller can be bought out of all their inventory and have the seller refunded in full and not have to return a single item.

If you leave one star feedback on sellers profiles for a product review or anything in general you the customer are a scumbag, learn to read the product description before you buy and also don't have a hissy fit Amazon already caters to your every whim get over it and move on, we see your names and addresses so it's not like we don't know who you snowflakes are.

Overall Amazon is a sesspool of dumb customer service, idiotic customers to the highest degree and horrible seller support.

One-Sided Loyalty

"I have literally spent thousands with Amazon every year for at least the past 5 years. A small vitamin order for $32 was debited and then returned to my account unbeknownst to me. The first time I heard about it was when I received an intimidating letter from TRS, their collections agency. I didn't receive a notice from Amazon that they had mistakenly returned my money to me nor a payment request of any kind. I simply received an intimidation letter from their collection bureau. I have spent close to two hours with two different Amazon Supervisors who kept telling me they understood while doing nothing to satisfy this terrible business tactics employed by Amazon the moment they thought they were out $32!
I am going to their competition and you should, too. Perhaps a little less convenient, but it's time to send this clown a message!

Awesome Customer Service

"I placed an order, as I Have any times before. I was notified that my order was delivered, however it was never received. My husband went to the postoffice and they said that yes, the packages were delivered. After the Postmaster spoke with the delivery person, he realized he delivered to the wrong address. We live in an area where that is a big problem. The packages were taken, and not returned. We received a letter in the mail today apologizing for "incorrectly delivering" packages to wrong address. We were told we could request information of filing a possible tort claim. I called Amazon to see what they could do. They resent out 2 of the items that come directly from Amazon and credited my account for the remaining items. I was amazed that they did this. The customer service support person that I spoke with was amazing. She listened to my problem. Put me on a brief hold, came back and told me what she did. Great customer support. They are amazing and I will continue to shop/order with Amazon. They stand behind their delivery guarantee. Thank you Amazon!"

Wish I could give one star!

"Awful! My package got delivered to my neighbors and when they called amazon to ask for help they were told to just keep the package and have whatever’s inside of it and I’ll have to deal with the loss of money! Thank god my neighbors were nice enough to give it back. TERRIBLE COUSTOMER SERVICE! SCAMS MONEY! This is why I use eBay seriously. "

Worse customer service

"Really **** of with Amazon.ca. I bought a set of dishes for 55.17 on Feb 21. On March 2nd they cancelled the order saying that it was a pricing mistake. I called a few times and cannot get them to fill the order. They keep saying they have a right to cancel any order as they didn't charge my credit card. I keep getting told that a Manager would call me back, still waiting. So **** with them. I am a prime member, which happen by mistake. I won't be buying from them anymore. I was buying stuff every day, I stopped buying from them."

Used to love it...

"Amazon (fulfillment) is shirking responsibility for a defective product !!!
I was charged a $70 'restocking fee' for returning a DEFECTIVE $350 Bose headphones.
Used the noise cancelling headphones in wireless mode and it was OK;
5 months later, on a plane, wanted to connect 'wired' and found out that it is defective: intermittent connection with lots of noise.
Since it was 'fulfilled' by Amazon and they have all the customer service responsibilities, I contacted them and made the case that they have responsibility for defective items beyond the 'return window' and finally after many arguments they issued a return-label WITHOUT mentioning that there will be a $70 restocking fee.
I contacted Amazon back, and their response was:
"Beware of online purchases... and inspect EVERY single function of the device within the return window"
SERIOUSLY ?????????????????????????????
Who has the time to get familiarized, and test ALL the functions of electronics?
I used to like the convenience but this experience is a game changer.
So to quote Amazon:
"Beware of online purchases" and the shady practices and rules of this outfit...

hackers let in, customers locked out

"December around Christmas they sent me an email hat they had caught fraudulent activity and cancelled the orders and reversed the charges. Then overn$100 fraudulent charges showed up on my amazon credit card. I notified the credit card company, who removed the charges from my account. Then Amazon LOCKS my account because they have not been paid for the fraudulent charges, and says they will keep it locked until I pay for the fraud charges. I send them heir own email but keep just getting form letter robot responses.

Do NOT store any credit card information on the amazon web site. There is no human alive at the wheel should the auto pilot **** up.
