"If I could give them no stars I would. So many red flags when ordering from them. First they wouldn't answer my emails after 2 weeks from ordering my glasses, then they finally did after I pestered them enough and said that they would be ready to ship within 24 hours. Guess what....they still didn't ship them. A week later I message them on fb because email and calling was a lost cause. They responded on there and said they were so sorry and that the glasses were on the floor(which means they lied the first time) and should be ready to ship within 24 hours.....guess what they still didn't ship them after another 4 days. I finally had to threaten them with a deadline, or they would give me a full refund, for them to give me a tracking number. The immediately gave me one and the package didn't ship until a couple days later after I pestered them yet again. Then on top of all of that the lenses didn't have the A/R coating that I paid extra for! I have to admit though, after I told them they gave me a refund for the lenses, but I was stern with them about it. Worst experience I've had with an online store and I've done a lot of shopping online. "

"I wanted the same frames that I had purchased 2 years prior - AllureAid had them. I was concerned because of the reviews of the long turn-around time; however I called them and asked if they had the frames within stock. She went out into the warehouse and physically got her hands on the frames. I then placed the order. I received my prescription glasses within the stated the time frame. It was delivered ontime. Could not be happier."
