"I placed my order on the 3rd it is now the 6th and my package is still waiting to be delivered to UPS. On the 9th I was told I would have tracking info by the 11th. I received a tracking number on the 13th but it is supposedly still waiting to be picked up by USPS. I had several e-mails returned because the domain server didn't exist for about 48 hrs. The responses I did finally receive seems less than concerned about customer service and getting the product to me. Buyers beware.. don't even think about buying from this company if you need your item soon. I needed mine last week... two weeks after I ordered. "
