"I placed order, I called and was told glasses would be here BEFORE CHRISTMAS. They were not here. I called SEVERAL times but spoke to no one. I contacted bank and canceled credit card purchase. Allie aid finally responded telling me to cancel chargeback or it would be a while before issue was handled. Issue is now in lawyers hands!! I would never do business with them again!! Terrible customer service and delivery of product!!!"

"I must be honest, on 12/02 I ordered a pair of Serengeti sunglasses based on AllureAid's price. After placing the order, I looked at some of these reviews and thought "oh man, have I made a mistake?" On 12/05 I received the initial email advising that due to covid there would be a 5 - 10 day delay in the glasses being shipped. On 12/9 I received another email advising that my order was still processing and apologizing for the delay and once shipped I would receive an email with a tracking #. It made me think that maybe they were just going to keep sending me these delay emails and not ship my order. Then on 12/10 I received an email that my order had been shipped with a tracking # and I received my package on 12/16 and that was with a 2 day delay in the USPS system. The glasses look great! I read the delayed shipping explanation on their website and see where their covid precautions will cause delays in processing an order, but I found this to be a very good experience and I would order from them again."
