Contacted their services multiple times to not receive a response until nearly week later. Requested a replacement, provide pictures, and in end was offered a 10% off next purchase with no replacement. Disappointed with entire service and highly suggest looking elsewhere "

"I suspect these filters are counterfeits from China and not OEM as advertised. I purchased 2 OEM Samsung Da29-00020b filters in mid January 2020. After about a week, I started hearing a loud knocking, jackhammer like sound when dispensing water. I spoke with AllFilters and they suggested I remove and replace the filter and then dispense 3 gallons of water to clear any air from the lines even though I had done this when first installing the filter. Still the problem persisted intermittently. The filter stopped working in early June 2020. I installed the second filter and I still have the same problem. I wasted my money and I will leave bad reviews on every social media site. I will also submit a claim with PayPal to get a refund."

"I ordered 2 filters for our Kenmore refrigerator this year - one in April and one in October. About 5 months into the 1st filter we started hearing a loud jackhammer noise every time we dispensed water. We researched online and two of the most likely causes of that noise are the water inlet valve and the filter. We replaced the water inlet valve and it was still happening. We then replaced the filter. It was good for 2 days and then started making the noise again. We took out the filter and then put it back in, and again, the noise started. It has to be the filter so I emailed Allfilters to ask if they would replace it and they said no; their policy is that they only refund you if it's unused and able to be sold again. WHO IS GOING TO RETURN A FILTER THAT IS UNUSED??!! You have no idea it's defective until you install it but then it's too late! I thought that was awful customer service to not at least give us a one-time courtesy and send us another one. I recommend not ordering from them; we certainly won't, and I told them so in the email thread."
"The filters won’t seat properly into the threads of my Culligan faucet filter. Cross-threading is not occurring. The first one had a small leak. My plumber agreed that it was not user error, we had inserted it correctly, but it leaked from the threading area, nonetheless. The leak was minor, so I used it anyway.
The second one, when fully inserted, sprays from the threads so powerfully that it reaches the next room (incidentally, damaging books and art in its path).
I bought a pack of 8. 6 are still in their original packaging. They would not accept a return of any of them. I wasted more than $70 on a faulty product."

"Ordered water filters for my Samsung Fridge and it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received them. Called customer service and got a recording to leave a message. Called back after 10 min and got the same message, it was a weekday at 11am, so it wasn’t after hours. Decided to try online chat, spoke to someone right away. Explained my problem, she said the hold up was the filters were out of stock however, they’re back in stock now and my order shipped. There was never any indication when I placed my order that they were out of stock or else I would have gone elsewhere. Also, no follow up email indicating the delay. All I got when chatting online was, “sorry for the inconvenience”. Poor customer service..Sorry isn’t good enough! Never again!"
"Ordered 20x24x5 shown on website as an available size. Was sent 20x23x4.5 which will not fit my filter box. After numerous emails, they claim that they sent me the correct size. They stated that because it was a custom size they could not accept returns. Will post the poor customer service and deception on other social media sites."
