"To make a long story short, December of last year I ordered the same refrigerator filter plus an Ice bin from another company. It’s supposed to take about 5 days for my order to be delivered to me. Well, it took 40 days. Trying not to loose my cool I email this company to find out about my order. Come to find out they were out of the filter I needed. However, they said they will check another one of their sister stores. They finally found the filter and delivered my orders. Not even a follow up to see if I got my order. I will never again deal with that company again. On a good note I found your web site on line and placed 3 more refrigerator filters and got it as promised.
