"I ordered my poster on 22 Nov. and the expected delivery date was 3 Dec. The item had to be back-ordered, and I guess AllPosters had some trouble with the supplier. While disappointed, I understand this. My dissatisfaction is that AllPosters didnt keep me informed as delivery date (I'm now on my third one) came and went. It was only after the date was missed and I inquired that I got a response (very quickly actually) that a new date had been set. My new delivery date is 6 Jan -- so much for the stocking stuffer. Hopefully this is an anomaly and others havent had this problem."

"Very disappointed that I haven't received my posters that shipped eight days ago from Ohio. I live in Pennsylvania and Ohio is right next to us. FedEx must have lost my package for four days because it was listed as being in the same FedEx facility for four business days. It finally departed that FedEx facility four business days later. I contacted them by email numerous times and they will not respond. The estimated delivery date was this past Friday and now they changed the estimated delivery to Thursday, the day after Christmas. My order have been in the same state for many business days now. These posters are Christmas gifts for my sister and now they will not be here in time for Christmas. She is going to be heartbroken. Not sure if I should be purchasing from this company again if it is going to take an unnecessary amount of time to receive my order."

"Ive purchased 5 framed prints totaling almost a thousand bucks. 3 out of the 5 were either damaged, defective, or incorrect. They've replaced each of the damaged ones, however their customer service is lacking. They will not work with you (despite me offering a solution that would save THEM time and money, and ME frustration and time), but will rather send you a copy/pasted email. I got the same generic "sorry, we'll send another" each time i messaged, never once an apology or effort to accommodate."
