I ordered something December 8, hoping for arrival in time for Christmas. Their website shipping information said that orders to my location take between 4 and 8 business days after processing. I then received a notice on December 10 saying my order had been shipped and would arrive no later than December 20. I did not have it by Dec. 23 and contacted customer service. Turns out the order DID NOT SHIP on Dec. 10, but on Dec. 20--TEN DAYS later. And the service person told me I should have allowed 20 days for shipping to my location, not the 8 business days stated on their site.
**I have since heard back again and it turns out that I was given the wrong information on the shipping date. It had shipped Dec. 10, not Dec. 20 as I was told. No idea why I got the wrong information, which is the bit that really upset me. In this second email I was also told that it typically takes 10 business days to ship to my location--not the 8 that it says on their website. The bit about allowing 20 days was also repeated. So their website appears to be completely inaccurate on shipping times. TO THEIR CREDIT, they refunded my shipping costs as an apology.**"

"Have been trying to redeem this since June so I lost the Groupon Deal. I have called so many times because the order never goes through. I was on the phone on hold for an hour and 5 minutes then was disconnected. Instead of getting the correct posters, I received 4 of the same ones. I ordered 2. However never received the others and really, I just don't care if I lost money. It is worth it not to have to deal with your company. I personally own a business and if I treated my clients like this, I wouldn't have any!!!"

"I ordered 2 posters in November. Nothing came in the mail and it is now Dec 23. Apparently the order was "lost". They say they will resend, and this morning I got a notification that they only shipped 1 poster, because the other poster was out of stock.
I will never buy from them again, and I don't recommend you buy from them either.
