"I ordered a picture as a Christmas gift, which was scheduled for delivery today, Christmas Eve. I tracked the delivery on the website until the delivery van was within a short walk from my home, at which point a message appeared with the extremely surprising news that the driver couldn't find my home and the delivery would not be made. I 'phoned the customer helpline in the hope that I could explain to the driver how to find my house. However, the response I got from the condescending customer service agent I spoke to made it quite clear that helping me was far too much trouble. Eventually she gave me a 'phone number for an automated reply service that was obviously of no help to me in getting my delivery for Christmas. So AllPosters has my money, and I have a brush-off from AllPosters customer services and no Christmas gift for tomorrow."
