"It's over 1 month already Allbuy has not delivered my order. They never provided a shipping information nor update of the order. The only communication received from Allbuy is when they acknowledge receipt of my payment.

it is now 14 days and no word on shipment. i did a chat and they claimed it would ship in 1 day , it has been 3 days since then and still hasn't been shipped.

i order many quadcopters for our store; banggood (50 orders), gearbest(27 orders) , everbuying (37 orders)
are more professional and ship in a timely fashion .

their customer service is a joke and they are not honest, i have
asked when it would be shipped and have gotten no answer but
to blame it on the busy season and their suppliers.

bottom line consider someone else to buy from.

"Package took ages to get to Germany, then it was held by customs and wasn't released for another 12 days. I got no customs notifications card and no information regarding local postal service from Allbuy - I was told to get in touch with my local postal service but not WHICH one! After 12 days in customs I only got a process update when I manually checked with the tracking number I had gotten earlier (for the umteenth time): "Unable to deliver the item Others due to action: Others"... which doesn't tell me anything. Allbuy won't supply me with new information. I have asked for a refund but they haven't replied for 2-3 days. Very unsatisfied! 30+ days of waiting for nothing.

edit: Ok, they replied and sent me an email of another German customer, whose quadcopter also wasn't allowed to be imported into Germany because it's labeled as "a dangerous non-conforming product". As I told the Allbuy Team in one of many emails: It would be good to a) know this as a customer and b) remove Germany from the free shipping list - especially if you had this problem before!

They fully refunded my payment but it was an all-in-all unsatisfactory purchase + email marathon."
