"I bought a Xiaomi Portable Charger + Xiaomi Yi Action Cam (Traveling Kit). After about 1 month I received my package, just to see that they didn't send me the Action Cam. I asked the Customer Support about the missing item. They denied it happening and requested a couple of pictures. I send them the pictures and then they blocked my email! I used another Email to tell them I will be taking legal action against them if I don't get refunded!

Long Story Short: After waiting for 1 month and an additional 3,5 Months exchanging emails I got my money back.

"I ordered three items: A Xiaomi Power Bank, a SanDisk microSDXC Card (Class 10) and a cheap Multicopter.

The first item has been shipped separately approx. 2 weeks after purchase. Via non-traceable shipping. The customer service asked me to wait up to 25 days and today the Power Bank still didn't arrive. According to the order details the item should be shipped from the Netherlands. To Germany this shouldn't take that much time.

The other items were shipped via traceable mail and arrived quite fast. But the SD card seems to be faulty, because the read/write speed are just 10 MB/s instead of "up to 45 MB/s". This is never Class 10 quality. The Multicopter is okay for its cheap price.

I sent my complaint twice to the customer service (via PayPal and E-Mail, but they didn't bother to respond. So I think I'm done ordering anything from China ever again."
