Bunch of thieves!

"Bunch of thieves. AliExpress and Seller.
Seller starts off with sending me a message saying my address is incorrect(!). Bunch of clowns. Then, when I wanted a refund on the item, as it was not as described, AliExpress and FIVE AliExpress agents simply lied, and told me that it will be taken care of. Each agent read from a script stating the exact same lies. The Seller was supposed to pay for shipping. Shipping with tracking cost five times as much as the item! Seller didn't bother to respond to me. In that case, AE is supposed to step in, and issue me an AliExpress coupon to cover my cost. But they simply told me that someone will email me back. Twice they told me that. No one from AE ever emailed me back. They simply waited till the return window passed. Then they simply closed the case. I appealed, but they rejected my appeal. I buy lots from AE, Amazon, and Temu. Amazon and Temu have been great whenever I wasn't happy with the item. While AE is happy to just give you the run-around, and hope that you will just give up, and go away. Bunch of fumb ducks.

Shop Wisely

"Shopping on Aliexpress shouldnt be a headache. A lot of the reviews just aren't shopping smartly on Aliexpress and want to return stuff. I only buy things on Aliexpress that i am 95% sure i won't return or am okay will swallowing a small cost and I have been nothing but happy with my purchases. They have choice shipping on certain products that ship and arrive within 10 days."

SAVE YOUR MONEY

"Made an order from AE and after 15 minutes I cancelled the order because it was the wrong item. They said after 10 minutes it was shipped and there was no way to cancel. Now I have the order and it is more expensive to ship back than it costs. If you order from them you are taking a big chance. Save your money and your mind."

Wish I could give zero stars

"Way too much risk. Sellers lie, packages don't arrive and getting them to stick to their "guarantees" is a nightmare.
They don't use normal carriers. They have cheesy companies that use random people to deliver.

They refuse to bring packages to indicated spots (even with large signs and arrows), and often leave them in vulnerable places to be stolen.

So many of the listings completely misrepresent their products. I have used them for about 6 months and I'm done.

I have been manufacturing goods for over 50 years and buying wholesale. I have never had SO much trouble. Packages never arrive, are missing products (one courier slashed open a package and took all of the gold items).

a clear violation of the fundamental rights of customers in any country other than China

"I bought a used Intel Core X9100 processor from the CPUIT store. I asked the seller many times to send me a working processor. But I got a processor from them that doesn't work. A very good service center was unable to install it and/or get it to work. The seller categorically denied a peaceful solution to this problem and insisted that he thoroughly test all the processors, and now I myself have to prove that this used processor does not work before he will accept a return. He did not bother to answer me quickly, put off solving this problem in every possible way and only at the last moment answered with short general phrases.

I started a dispute with AliExpress, as a result of which they demanded additional evidence, such as videos of scientific experiments and reports from official service centers with all seals and signatures valid for China. But it is obvious that no legal document I can obtain will be useful in China. I had to close this dispute and start a new one, saying that I just want to return this processor in the packaging that I received. But AliExpress only agrees to a very limited number of days to start a dispute, and what the situation will be with returning the processor without strong legal evidence to China is obvious. Now I have no working processor, no return address from this seller, no money, no trust in AliExpress. This is a clear violation of the fundamental rights of customers in any country other than China. With AliExpress you will be deceived by very experienced combinators.

Lies, mockery, and cheating regarding returns by CPUIT STORE and the AliExpress dispute system / Dispute №2030267 and №2249202

"I bought a processor in the CPUIT store using ALIEXPRESS. Intel processors are very complex products that only a professional center and professionals can work with. I entrusted all the work to excellent professionals with many years of experience. The professional service center gave a clear conclusion that the processor I received from CPUIT STORE is not working. The document I received from them and provided to ALIEXPRESS clearly states the serial number and model number of the processor.

I asked the seller and ALIEXPRESS to process the return of the processor. The demands that I receive from the seller CPUIT STORE and ALIEXPRESS for a refund are a clear mockery and a violation of fundamental consumer rights. At the first attempt, the ALIEXPRESS dispute system states that possible necessary evidence may be a certificate from the service center (certificate of non-repairability), confirming the presence of problems (technical malfunctions) with the product. On the second attempt, the ALIEXPRESS dispute system asks for a high-quality video demonstrating installation, processor settings and various tests.

I would like to add that no complaints about the way this "CPUIT STORE" seller communicates and how the ALIEXPRESS dispute system handles such situations is simply not enough to describe how buyers are deceived in product descriptions and ridiculed during disputes.

The CPUIT STORE seller writes “enjoy 7 days of returns” and "one year of warranty", which is a clear lie in their attitude towards me and their customers. I immediately started asking for a refund the day after receiving the processor. To which I received a strict refusal.

Aliexpress...Master of the Con !

"Aliexpress Dispute system is a sham. They believe their Vendors. I had an order which was marked Delivered on the Aliexpress website, but it was not delivered. My Dispute was ruled in favor of the Seller. My order was then marked Completed. Aliexpress has no real Guarantee, as they state. Their Catch 22 response was to "provide evidence". They are just as crooked as some of their Sellers (opinion). I WILL NOT SHOP AT ALIEXPRESS AGAIN !!!"

Fabricated tracking claimed as proof of delivery, declined to refund no delivery!

"We ordered 2 chairs from AliExpress on Dec 1st, 2023 for a total of $85.92. The estimated delivery was December 27th, and the Order ID is **************; we did not receive the package by that time, and since we traveled, we checked on Jan 2nd, 2024 about the status. AliExpress told us it had already been delivered under the FedEx Tracking number **************. The tracking shows it was delivered on Dec 11th, which we did not receive. The proof of delivery at FedEx is available publicly, and it does not show the address but shows the signature "Menman," which is not us. We reached out to AliExpress on many occasions, and they told us it was delivered and would not help us unless we proved we did not receive it. We filed a claim with FedEx for not receiving it, but the FexEx submission was not accepting our delivery address as the correct address for the package. We still filed a claim with FedEx, which was declined the next day. They said they would only talk to the sender, and we asked AliExpress to issue a claim, which they repeatedly asked us to do. We called FedEx again, and they told us we were not the recipient and AliExpress was not the sender; the tracking is sent by Walmart, Ohio, and the recipient is Walmart, Tucson, Arizona; we told this to AliExpress, and they declined to investigate and closed the case. We asked for a full refund. We contacted the shipper, who agreed to refund if a dispute can be made, but AliExpress declined to open a dispute; they claim it was delivered, which is not the case. We never received it, and the tracking does not have our order address or name. I asked AliExpress to contact FedEx to verify we were not the recipient. Instead, they asked us for a signed letter from FedEx stating we never received this package; however, since the tracking is not for us and they declined to talk to the recipient, we cannot provide such a letter."

Courier information is incorrect - Aliexpress does not help get correct information and will not give refund

"I have contacted them several times about several orders.

The information on their website for the shipping company is incorrect.

The phone number DOES NOT EXIST.

The shipping company claimed they called me on a certain date to deliver the package and I have screenshots of my phone log that shows they NEVER called me.

The WEBSITE PROVIDE ON ALIEXPRESS for the shipping company does NOT recognize the Tracking number.

I messaged AliExpress over their app many times with screenshots to prove all the above.

Finally someone gives me the address and phone number of the shipping company (COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from AliExpress app.) I call them and the do NOT recognize the tracking number.

So I have no legitimate Tracking number. I have phone numbers that either DO NOT WORK or does not have my package information.

Here's the kicker. The shop I bought it from wants to give me a refund. But AliExpress is NOT giving that option to either of us.

SO SHOP WANTS TO REFUND BUT ALIEXPRESS REFUSES.

DO NOT SHOP FROM THERE.

Buy from Tiki, buy from Lazada, buy from SHIEN. I have NEVER had problems with buying from them directly.

Aliexpress has not delivered and REFUSES to give a refund. Even if the shop that you purchased from agrees to it.

For the most part good.

"Almost every time I got very good items that were just as described. However there have been those unfortunate times where I got some knockoff version of what the image showed on their listing, or for example, a really thin wig when I ordered a very thick one.

My experience with AliExpress has been pretty good and I love being able to purchase very expensive things off of there for relatively cheap. I won't stop shopping on there just because of a few bad experiences and I would encourage people to check reviews, make sure you look at pictures and the dates they were posted, and read through all of them. Some reviews are fake but some are real, so...

I definitely won't stop shopping with them, can't throw the baby out with the bath water!

scammed by Aliexpress

"Store name: IFYT Store

I recently ordered 48 pairs of sunglasses from AliExpress for $84.56. They were advertised as polarized Lens.

However, upon testing them with a polarized tester card, I discovered they weren't polarized and just regular lens. AliExpress acknowledged via email that the seller had multiple violations and intended to penalize them. Despite this, they only issued a partial refunded of $22.13 out of purchase price of $84.56. and asked me to return the products to them in China & the shipping cost was going to be $50.00.

if I bore the cost of returning the products to China, which amounts to $50.00. Considering the total remaining refund was $62.43, it seems unreasonable to spend $50.00 on return shipping for their mistake. Additionally, AliExpress's return policy clearly promises free returns for items not as described, yet they're not honoring this.

To make matters worse, they've deactivated reviews on the seller's page, preventing me from sharing my experience. I strongly advise caution when purchasing from AliExpress, as their claim of free returns is misleading, and they may expect you to cover return shipping costs.
