"I was scammed out of $200. I ordered a wig and they canceled my order claiming because of Covid. Then they said they will refund me through PayPal… I want my money back on the card that was given to you. I filed a dispute with my bank and filed a police report too"

DON'T GET SCAMMED!

"Beware of ads that say FREE Shipping!

Recently purchased a branch chipper on AliExpress from Practical Industrial Spray Tenologies, their ad stated FREE SHIPPING to Canada.

Two weeks before the arrival recieved a pre alert invoice from Jet Sea Shipping International which listed a bunch of ridiculous fees and charges totaling close to $800 CDN.

I went to pick up the shipment at CTC logistics terminal in Vancouver but they would not release the shipment till this invoice was paid.

I disputed the issue with the supplier and escalated to AliExpress but they just stood behind the the
supplier as though they had done nothing wrong.

This machine ended up costing me a thousand dollars more than what I could have bought it for had I
bought it from a legit supplier on Alibaba and used a reliable shipping service provider.

Beware of scammers and cheaters on AliExpress! and be careful because AliExpress doesn't care if you
lose! Also beware of Jet Sea Shipping International... thieves

"Very good shop if you dont have to return anything .If you finally have to return something back you will doscover the real aliexpress , a company which is proud that you cant file a compaint because their headquarters are in china , i lost my money , my order and i had to pay money to send them the order back , they offered me a 30 usd dollars to send it back , that coupon never arrived . Don´t buy anything in this shop you think you are going to return back , just cheap stuff you dont care if they get broken."

"Purchased an item (drone part) from Top Store - Ali Express, they are not refunding my money until I change my review of the bad servcie they provided, thay did not tell me until weeks after that it was no longer available!! Now I am fighting tooth and nail to get a refund. On contacting Ali Express all I get is a AI a machine. WARNING TO OTHERS not to deal with Ali Express, by my own experience it is a toal nightmare. SO BE WARNED"

The worst company ever

"You can not establish sales tax exempt, even when you are a company that buys in hundreds of the same items. They send you round and round on that eva asking for all sorts of information, like the invoice, which you can't even download. You send them your resale certificate and they ask for the permit. Those fools don't realize that is one in the same document. You should be able to establish sales tax exempt status with documentation that would apply to all of your orders. I hate this company. The individual vendors on there have always been quite helpful, though and the merchandise good. I just wish you didn't have to use that horrible customer feed back and go through Aliexpress. I buy as little as I can there because of their refusal to assist in establishing sales tax exemption and I have the necessary document. I HATE THIS COMPANY. Buy as little as you can from them. I have 24 pages of orders from that miserable company and have wasted 20 hours trying to get tax exempt status. That EVA is the most pathetic excuse for customer service ever invented. Aliexpress are complete fools as no one buys hundreds of the same items for personal use and they can't see these companies are buying for resell. I guess they have down graded to mostly selling single items for personal use and do not cater to the business buyer. If I am going to buy on a consistent basis from a source, I try to buy pass and buy direct when I am sure of a source. It's too bad the company is a completely miserable experience to deal with as the individual vendors there are good and very helpful. AliExpress seller cheating on me

I bought a product a few days ago from Aliexpress.

Shipping Cost: US $ 100.00
Total Payment: US $ 373.52

I have already paid that amount. But the seller wants an extra $199 for this product. Why need to pay an extra $199? I think that the seller is cheating on me. Otherwise the seller told me to cancel the order. I want that product. I don't want a refund for that product.

I have already complained to the Aliexpress help center about this matter. I will file a case against the seller and Aliexpress in High court.

"There are some sellers running a scam on Ali express where you buy something and after time the seller claims it’s been returned so you have to pay for return postage you never see your money or the item again I have been fighting Aliexpress for over two months this is left me angry stressed and upset frustrated there is no buyer protection only protection to the seller"

Fraudulent company (AliExpress) and fraudulent seller (Puguanyu store)

"I purchased an aquarium chiller for AUD $500 which included free shipping. The seller (a store called Puguanyu store) then proceeds to pick the cheapest shipping method (by sea) with barely any tracking information and that too in Chinese. Now, normal practice is that when an a ship docks at a port in Australia, the item is then sorted and picked up Australia Post for delivery. Upon contacting the seller he advises that I will need to contact customs and have delivery organised myself. The seller had no idea where the item was being held and which customs office to contact. None of this was explained to me until I opened up a dispute with AliExpress the process of which drags along for months. AliExpress dispute then rejects my request for a refund saying that a) it is my responsibility to contact the customs office b) the buyer protection will only be in effect after 60 days of the item not delivered. Even though I can claim a refund after 60 days of not receiving the item, they will still screw me the first point.
I am yet to see this item as of today.
So, if you value your money, do not buy from AliExpress and I would seriously warn you not to purchase anything from the seller called Puguanyu store.

AliExpress: fake sellers, fake products, fake promises.

"This review culminates my terrible experiences with AliExpress and their sellers. My order (8138762231916650) of a metal Captain America shield collectable through the seller JTB Models was the worst of them all since I lost $240 and more than three months (and counting) of my time trying to get my money back because of a fake delivery. This seller gave me a fake tracking number to satisfy AliExpress' shipping deadline. When I got worried many months later, they gave me another fake tracking number to make me think it was arriving. AliExpress will not support me in a refund for being a victim of a scam.

Here's the major problems with this company:

1) Wherareas places such as Amazon place great emphasis on timely delivery, AliExpress allows their sellers 75 days to deliver the item plus 15 more days to file a dispute. In this time frame, you will find out that you have likely surpassed your deadlines for AliExpress disputes, giving seller feedback and most importantly, the 90 day mark is the last day for a credit card dispute. On top of that, do you really even need your item of you are going to be waiting more than 3 months for it?

2) If you do start a dispute in time, you absolutely need to make sure that you never ever close that dispute. You should never ever accept the seller's proposals. Let AliExpress step in to give you a refund. If you don't, the dispute closes and you will never ever be able to reopen or appeal that dispute. The seller is then able to take your money and run. After that, the seller will ghost you.


3) In the many months you'll likely  spend waiting for your item, you'll find out most of the time, it's of inferior quality. You are paying junk prices for actual junk. Very rarely have I received a product where I am saying, "Damn, I just saved a lot of money for the same product I could have gotten at home." The vast majority of reviews are bought and/or are fake.

As you can see how both the seller and AliExpress facilitate making victims of fraud everyday. I've been using AliExpress long enough to know that they do not have your back. It's only a matter of time when you will get scammed - when that happens, AliExpress tends to favour the seller by either making you wait even longer for your item, or downright rejecting your request for a refund. Moreover, they make it so you cannot talk to a live agent. There is no email or phone number to contact. Sometimes, you can reach a live agent through the chat, but those agents will send you lofty promises, only for you to later receive an email stating your request for a refund is rejected. All I have asked for is fairness. I didn't get my item, so a refund of the price I paid would be great. What irks me is that AliExpress will not use fairness and reasonable judgement. Instead, they'd rather lose a customer.

Note that I am on my fifth dispute in a few months. Many sellers use the tactic where they will input a fake tracking number into AliExpress to meet the guaranteed shipping deadline, but in reality your items are never sent. The ones that do have tracking numbers which have frequent status updates and will get to you a about two weeks to a month. When you order enough, you'll know exactly which sellers shipped your items, and which ones are fraudsters. When you get this feeling, file a dispute right away and just keep it open until AliExpress steps on and issues you a refund. If that fails, go through your credit card company ASAP well before the 90 day mark.

Save yourself the grief, and just buy your products throught Amazon or a real store. It's usually only a few dollars more, and you are protected from scams. Moreover, you get exactly the product you want right away.

It truly **** becuase there are genuine sellers on AliExpress, but they promote fraud by letting these sellers thrive. It would be better if they took a hard stance on sellers by giving them one month to get those items out and absolutely gaurantee refund so buyers know the platform is on their side if they don't get their goods.

Wrong shoe style received

"I placed an order for 2 pair of sneakers to Datong shoe store from Aliexpress for $45.53. My order number is : 8140466535202714. Seller sent me wrong shoe models. I open a dispute with Aliexpress and sending in 3 pictures as evidence. The first 2 pictures are original pictures seller posted in his listing. The 3rd picture depict the shoes I received. I ordered shoe from picture A and seller sent me shoe from pictures B. Aliexpress admits seller did send me wrong shoe style then they add because the shoe color (?) are right, I will only entitle a partial refund of $9.11. A $9.11 refund for $45.53 two pair of wrong shoes models? Aliexpress must be crazy or a very sick joke. Aliexpress buyer protection is a very sick scheme scam. Aliexpress team also said If I want a full refund I have to ship the shoes back to China. Aliexpress is very sick place and Aliexpress team are a bunch of profestional crooks. I'm looking to appeal this case on other venues such as Aliexpress on BBB, Aliexpress on Facebook, Washington buyer protection agency and on other venues such resellerratings.com etc.. I like everybody to knows Aliexpress buyer protection is a very sick scheme scam and aliexpress team are a bunch of profestional crook."

Purchased two cosplays neither fit and they refused to let me return them for any kind of refund

"I purchased two cosplay outfits from AliExpress on 8/17/2021. I received the items but they were all extremely small and did not fit. I attempted to start a return through AliExpress via dispute as I did not see another way. I was NeVER informed about the next steps to the dispute and the window for the next steps closed. I attempted to reach out to the two merchants on AliExpress. One never responded and the one that did was unable to assist me. I attempted to dispute the charge with the bank and that was eventually denied much to my dismay as I had done everything I could to reach out and get these items returned and refunded but to no avail. From my standpoint AliExpress has scammed me out of $110 and has terrible customer service that almost rivals YumeTwin’s. Unless this issue gets resolved I will never purchase from AliExpress again even if there prices are cheaper and I fully intend to review everywhere I can about this experience as it was terrible. Should AliExpress choose to attempt to remedy this situation I would be more than happy to edit my review at that time."
