Instructions are in pigeon English, can't set the right day, no directions on how to set temperature for Fahrenheit instead of Celsius, just pure JUNK, and they want me to send them pictures of the product, packing, etc. ? They have all of my information. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM and question every order before you place it to verify it's point of origin. Products from CHINA are pure JUNK, some are toxic...I'm not sharing the invoice number, you already have it and order was sometime in March."

"I placed an order with Alexnld. com for a mate 9 replacement back cover and also a phone case for the same phone after waiting for a month or more I finally received them but was very disappointed in the poor quality of of what I received, resembled used items more than new one, so I complained and was asked to send pics of scratches and cut marks which was very clear in my pics which they claim they could not see.
my best advice is DO NOT BUT FROM Alexnld, they will not replace their crappy parts.

"Orded and paid for an item listed as in stock waited a week and received an email telling me that they were waiting for stock to arrive so after several weeks notified that it was on its way had tracking details tried to track the item to no avail just disappeared waited another couple of weeks and still no item contacted Alex and was told that it had disappeared and they offered a refund or to have it resent I wanted the item so opted for it to be resent was given new tracking number and waited item arrived inside three weeks , disappointed with first transaction even with the final results being resolved in a positive way may think twice about using this site again "
