Damaged

"I ordered a few things for my motorcycle. I waited over a month and a half even though I paid for expedited shipping. 75% of the items came smashed up and dented or non functional. I also had to email them a week after my order to remind them to send it because my tracking number stated “shipping label received” for a week. Had I not done that. Who knows when/if they would of sent it. Horrible quality items. "

"Item shipped quickly however did not arrive within the time stated. I contacted customer support and received fast and excellent support. Item did eventually arrive. Next time I would pay the extra for shipment tracking. I would definitely order from them again."

Arduino lead

"I ordered some spare arduino leads from another supplier but they arrived with the wrong connection on one end so since these items are not available locally was forced to look online. I eventually found my way to Alexnld and ordered four at a very reasonable cost. They arrived from overseas quickly and were the correct items. A bonus was the free postage, thanks!"

Received different item (Counterfeit goods )

"VERY BAD TREAD experience. Never recommend to anyone. I bought a "FLIP MAGNETIC CASE FOR GALAXY NOTE9, WITH HOLDER & CARD SLOTS & WALLET (RED)'' and received a item that is different from the picture, and I wrote a email back to them, and the Sales Manager who call Ms. Vikey says they ship the wright item and cancel my membership that is VERY Annoying. I ask a refund, but Ms. Vikey says NO. Waste my money. They are just a fraud group."

Don't bother

"I thought that I would try and purchase from somewhere other than amazon. Needless to say, I regret it. They gave me the wrong colour of my product, and customer service has not replied in weeks. Their business is a disappointment."

5 Months to deliver -product not as advertised

"Ordered product Oct. 31, 2018—never arrived. Re-ordered Dec. 24, 2018—never arrived. Re-ordered 3rd time beginning of Feb. 2019—and added Expedited Shipping with Tracking Number (USD $25 extra on $27 item) and immediately received email notification that the product was no longer in stock, and the factory will be closed for 10 days for Lunar New Year/Spring Festival.

More than five months after first order... They shipped the product without notifying me; provided the wrong Buzzer Code to the courier; and the dimensions of the product are smaller than advertised, making the item useless to me.

When I asked for a full refund, they tried to weasel out of reimbursing the Expedited Shipping (even though I was never notified the product had shipped—and it would never have arrived due to the error in the shipping address).

When I refused to accept paying for 50% of the shipping cost, they caved and issued a full refund.

The next day—I started receiving SPAM emails from companies in China. THEY SOLD MY EMAIL ADDRESS!

"Ordered glasses over 2 months ago just arrived today.
E mails to company were very quickly answered and they agreed if the glasses did not turn up they would send another pair, unfortunately I didn’t do tracking in shipment so unable to confirm where parcel was.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH IN A VERY LONG TIME

"I ordered 3 phone cases for a Moto G6. When I received them, I saw that they were the wrong size, otherwise identical. I contacted the company:

"Hi Alexnld.com,
I want to thank you for the email you sent in March 7th and let you know that ironically your shipment was received the following day (might have been 2 days later) again, i so writing up thank you for your quick response and to tell you that. With much dismay i received the wrong cases. These are too big. So, i love them, (even tho it is the wrong blue), i realize doing an exchange to and from Hong Kong (i believe that is where they shipped from) would be costly. So i can return with a prepaid label and accept a refund.
I ordered a Motorola Moto g6 and i am not sure what i received. I looked on the site and i see a gazillion cases for Moto g6 and they allow look the same
Please let me know how you will handle this. I do really love the c cases and would love to have them replaced with the ones for the Moto g6

...what i see when i am looking for this case is several variations
MOFI FOR MOTOROLA MOTO G6 PLUS FROSTED PC ULTRA-THIN EDGE FULLY WRAPPED PROTECTIVE BACK COVER CASE....blah,blah, blah...I am reading the 'plus' as a plus (a + ) SIGN.
I see now that the problem is with Motorola naming of so many of their models similarly, and perhaps I did not write a detailed letter to Ms Vikey, Sales Manager, for clarification. ...So, what needs to happen now is that you (Ms Vikey, Sales Manager) need to make this right with me...either exchange or full refund, then deal with Motorola .

Liars! Do not buy from them!

"I ordered spare parts for my sons rc car from Alexnld.com on December 21st. Two days later, December 23rd, I received an email from them, stating my order was shipped. According to their shipping info, I was informed that it could take up to 20 business days to receive my order. So I waited and waited, while my son kept asking me where the parts are. After I did not hear from Alexnld ever again, I decided to write them an email 3 weeks later, to let them know that I received nothing so far, while asking if they could track down where my order was. They did not reply or react to my email at all. So, I waited another week, and finally decided to write to them again. So, on January 26th I emailed again, expressing my frustration about their lack of reply and the fact that I still had not received my order. Today, I received an email stating, that they are sorry, but the parts are on back order and would take another 5 to 10 days before they have them in stock again!!! What kind of BS! Why do they sent me an email 2 days after purchase to inform me that the order has shipped, and now they say it will take another 10 days before they can ship it?! I am so **** at this awful customer service and would like to warn everyone about this company. Do not buy from them!"

Order got to me perfectly in the USA

"I ordered 2 pairs of glasses (each a different style) and they were perfect when I got them. I am in the United States, so I was hesitant about ordering. One pair arrived in 3 weeks, the other pair arrived in 3wks/4days. Don't get nervous if ordering multiple items as you will probably receive them in separate packages...I guess that's just the way they do things. So, if you are patient and don't mind the long wait during shipping, this is a great place to order from---especially if the item is unique and you can't find it elsewhere! "
