"Recently, I purchased a Hill air gun compressor. It appeared to be of high quality and by my research is probably one of the best on the market today.
Several weeks later, this compressor became available for a substantial price reduction, and I was a little miffed, to say the least. I contacted Airgun Depot, my original retailer, and griped (cordially) about the price.
To my amazement, they refunded the price difference between the two.
Now that my friends is customer focus. They didn't have to do anything and could have blown me off.
I will be using their store for all my purchases, if they carry what I need, from now on, and will gladly point all my friends to their operation.
An unfathomable gesture of good will on their part.

I also expected a discount off my next order to make up for my trouble and delayed use of my gun. That was never offered, and at this point, I don't think I will see any kind of mitigation for my inconvenience."
