I ordered a ring on November 8th and it's now November 21st. It wasn't until I contacted my credit card company to finally file a dispute that I immediately get a cancellation from the company. Are you serious. I reached out to this place several times and they ghosted me every time. How hard it is to do what they do. You take orders and fulfill the orders. If you don't have the items, out of respect, contact the customer, but don't ghost them. I was so excited to get this ring too. What kind of company does this?"

"Ahuva sent us 75 beautiful kippot. They are so well made and the inscription inside had a beautiful font. They called us to make sure everything was alright and I will definitely buy from them again. Outstanding customer service."
"My daughter is getting married at the beginning of October. For the wedding, I ordered a tallit for my so-in-law to be, in mid July. This company seemed to be the only company to produce tallit with the Israeli flag on the back, which is what he really wants. As I am from Toronto, I was surprised that the tallit came very quickly. I took it out of the bag to make sure it was what I ordered. The satin material around the neck looked old and stained. The material was dirty in parts and the Israeli flag was ironed on imperfectly. I emailed the company and they agreed that for the $540 American dollars I paid, (translating into over $700 Canadian) I should get perfection. They agreed to send another tallit which was executed better, with the Israeli flag sewn on but the material looked paper thin and it was significantly smaller than the other one. The strings were not the same quality as well. My son in law is 6'1" and this second tallit would have fit a small boy on his Bar Mitzvah. Needless to say, I am infuriated. I called the company and they said they would do what they could. Three or four days went by with no response (and I'm sweating because the wedding is in a month). I then emailed and they let me know that I would have to send back the other two in order to get another one. I get that, but the cost to me for shipping would be astronomical, and I would not be assured the next one would come on time. I am done with this company and will have to use parts of the second tallit to affix to the first, at an extra cost to me.
I wish I had read the reviews which are all mostly negative, but I was so excited about the fact that they advertised this product. All I can say is Buyer beware. "
"They advertise that their products are made in Israel however the items received were clearly stamped MADE IN CHINA. Further, I only received 2 out of the 4 items I ordered and Ahuva refuses to issue a refund the the items they never sent. "

Placing an order was fine, however, the length of time for the order to arrive was WEEKS and when the order came in wrong, which by the way they guaranteed me by email they had the correct item selected on the order. When I called them upon order arrival to have them look into the issue, they hung up on me and refused to answer their phone when I called back multiple times.. "I ordered two hats on this site which stated that they were Wool dress hats. When I received them both were made of a different material being Polyester and Polyester / Cotton blend. I have owned and worn hats all my life (staying covered) and know that unless you own Wool hats in intrepid weather areas the stain and shrink, quite frankly there disposable within a couple months. I contacted the company back and their return policy is so aloof that no one can comply with their policy so you end up SOL. The products sent out are not of inventory they are dropped shipped from China which take weeks to receive and you can't return them because it has to be done within 14 days of purchase. Customer service is poor with either no response, or someone on the other end of the phone speaking illegibly fast that they want you out of their face. I would suggest looking else where for similar products you want from someone who is serious about selling good products, and following through with customers they have sold product to. BUYER BEWARE "

"I ordered Kippot from Ahuva for my wedding. I ordered them 6 weeks in advance (105 kippot). I ordered black with red and gold trim. After I ordered I confirmed that they received it and didnt get any emails back. I then emailed again and asked for a picture of the kippah before they send it out. They sent me a picture of a burgundy kippah. I responded back and said I ordered black. No response. i called them but the number goes directly to one persons cell phone who is never at his computer. He said he has 2,000 emails and will get to mine. I sent an email again. They said okay that was just a sample. When I received the kippot they were burgundy with a gold trim! I called immediately and was really upset. They said they have to check whats going on. I kept calling until I got a resolution. They said they will resend the correct ones if I pay $50 for shipping. I said absolutely not. They have caused me so much stress and its their mistake. My husband called them as well and they said they are losing money on this order.. again this isnt our problem considering it was their mistake and they are impossible to reach. I never received the black kippot EVER-not before or after our wedding. They are completely unprofessional, do not know how to run a business if they are "losing" money, and do not know how to read orders. "
