The woman I spoke to was trash

"Real quick, don’t order from Adam and Eve. I’m missing something I ordered so I calmly called and asked about it. The woman on the phone gave me attitude and said “do you want this item or not?” I called her out for the way she was talking and then she told me I was looking “too deep” and hung up on me. Adam and Eve is trash. The whole company is trash. I’m paying for something. There’s literally no reason for you to have an attitude and then hang up on a customer. "

"I bought my boyfriend many things here and he loved EVERYTHING. He’s above average and everything hasn’t ripped or has had any problems. The customer service people are great and I love all the deals I get here. I would recommend if you honestly want fast and FREE shipping and good pleasure "

worst online service

"I ordered my toy online with the promise that it would get here for valentines day. My order was just in the warehouse waiting to be shipped for two weeks. All they did was to help was ask reship or refund? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THEM. The worst online experience and customer support I have ever had"

Where’s the 0 Stars option??

"Absolutely terrible customer service. I tried getting an opinion from two different people and both were horrendous. The first person said to read the reviews then the second person I informed with the past situation and he said, “Well it’s not like we’ve used every item on the website.” For one. I’m a waitress, if someone asks me what I would recommend on the menu I would simply ask them what they are hungry for. I don’t just say, “I don’t know, I haven’t had everything yet.” Then I told him I understand and he once again said the same as the first to just read the reviews. I tried explaining my sensitivity to the main subject for me as well as having a hard time to believe things from other people with reviews. Meaning I’ve ordered a product while people said it was bad yet it was good and vise versa. And he said, “Well that’s the way reviews work.” I simply had enough and said, “Thank you for your time today!” He didn’t say anything back, just ended the chat! I’ll just go to Spencer’s from now on. At least the staff is friendly and outgoing! You people seriously need to get better communications going because how else will you continue to make money??? That’s easy... YOU WON’T. "

50 Days, shipments still not here, horrible customer service

"I ordered 3 items over 50 days ago, one has finally arrived. I have had to call customer service several times, and they haven't apologized once. Absolutely horrible customer service. This company needs a new COO or Supply Chain leader, because all they keep telling me is everything is on back order and the shipments keep getting lost. This company is either a scam or horribly inefficient. If anyone from Adam & Eve would like to call me about how to run a semi respectable company, I am happy to talk. However, considering their complete lack of care for their customers, I doubt they will do that. I view my order as a sunk cost, considering they aren't likely to ever send it."

Rude customer service and a scam company

"This company operates almost like a scam. The products we ordered did not work as they are supposed to and when we tried to leave a product review on their webpage, it simply does not allow us to do so! We called customer service and apparently, they send an automatic email for product reviews which we never received. They were rude and told us we probably "accidentally deleted" the email. When asked how we are supposed to leave product reviews at this point, they told us rudely it cannot be done!

This company operates almost like a scam. Beware: the product reviews on their website are probably fake too!

late, slow, never arrive shipping

"Order was split into two. one shipped weeks late the other never came at all even though they claim to have shipped.. customer service will not issue a refund on the order.

Scam company is the only thing I am left with thinking. They have made no attempt to make this right.

Do not purchase anything from here

"I bought an item from this company and within a month is stopped working. It charged once and by the time I went to charge the second time the vibrating didn’t work. I emailed the company and because it was purchased in store they refused to replace it without the receipt. Mind you it didn’t even last a month. They did tell me I could return the item with no refund or no replacement though! This place is garbage and their products are as useful as their **** customer service. "

How are they still around

"There shouldn't be Stars to rate this **** company it should be middle fingers. Ive never had a issue with shipping with any other company but I guess because this a adult store and they think people won't take action for getting **** over they treat people like ****. I guess Lisa and Jeff were sitting on **** while I was talking to them because they seemed pretty irritable. "

Avoid or else pay for free “item”

"I wanted to get something cute for my anni. Before placing the order in this store I looked up the reviews and decided to risk it despite all the negative reviews. I ordered one item which was supposedly in stock in big green letters plus one free gift. I paid 6.99 for shipping and waited two days for an update. It finally said shipped and I checked the status of the package by the mail carrier and realized the weight was light af. I was freaking out, then I realized THEY SHIPPED THE DAMN FREE GIFT ONLY LMFAOO. And charged me for its shipping too. They never sent me the item I ordered and reimbursed me for the item only, but the 6.99 shipping of the free item. I find it too funny to be mad, never again will i shop here. Guys the reviews are real lol. There website says items are in stock but then they will email stating the item you want is backordered. I recommend to take screen shots of the orders and check the weight of the package before they pull anything funny. I tried to delete my account but there wasn’t a way to do it yourself online lol and they subscribe you to their pornographic catalogs. Avoid completely lol."
