NEVER AGAIN WILL COME BACK-- Products are opened

"Went to a store in Charleston, Las Vegas and bought a ****. Turns out it the box had been opened several times. The sales person admitted that they are opening the items to show to customers and they are disinfecting it when they put it inside the box. The store manager even threatened to call the police when I came to let them know that what they doing is not hygienic. I also called their franchise department -- they do not seem to respond to phone calls nor emails. This store is horrible! They should post on their window : "BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK." "

Horrible customer service

"I had two bad interactions with these people, at the second the advisor was very impatient, unwilling to help and had a very bad attitude she hang up on me after provoking me with long silence, please take action against those people. For me those were the only interactions and they will be the last as I asked for refund and canceled everything. "

Delivery takes for ever

"I wish I could give 0 score.
When you buy from them they lie and say delivery takes 7-10 days.
I put an order 30 Jan, as a gift for Valentine's day.
It is 25 Feb and have not recieved it yet, and I do not think I am getting it anytime soon.
I contacted them, their customer service is very rude and unprofessional.
They said their checkout suggest that customs takes 6 weeks. That is another lie, it did not say anything about that. If it does, it would be the small font that is hidden somewhere so customers miss it.
I am very unhappy with the experience, I order things online from us and canada all the time, and never had a customs issue.

Order never came!

"Ordered something and it never came! Never got a confirmation email but a month later they sent one asking for me to review the item I never received! Can’t contact them by email or phone either because it’s saying there’s an error or it’s been disconnected. Such a disappointment. "

"This company is a joke. I placed an order, paid for express shipping and still didn’t get my order. I called and the lady was very rude and unprofessional, she also smacked her lips I am assuming that I was bothering her by asking her to simply do her job. Never again will I purchase anything from them. "

REFUND

"I could go on for days about how this company is a scam and doesnt treat their customers correctly. The lady on the phone called me abusive. I wanted a full refund from the company not part of a refund. They wouldn't refund all of it because they said they dont refund shipping!!!?? WTF! I have never heard of this in my life! If you paid 50$ and then 10$ for shipping so a total of 60$. Then had to pay 10$ to ship it back. You should at least get the first full refund of 60$ back. This company is a scam and I will never order from them again! "

THEY SELL USED PRODUCTS!

"0 STARS. DISGUSTING COMPANY, THEY SELL USED PRODUCTS, I RECEIVED A PRODUCT WITH A VOIDED HYGIENE SEAL THAT HAD CLEARLY BEEN USED AND CONTACTED THEM THAT SAME DAY AND THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND NOONE WOULD HELP ME (EMAIL< CHAT OR PHONE STAFF). I ALSO RECEIVED AN ITEM THAT HAD NO HYGIENE SEAL WITH PUBIC HAIR AND LINT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY."

Worst service

"I placed an order this is a discreet purchase do to a situation contacted the company on how to execute a return to sender and get order credited. Never heard back today get an email asking me to provide correct address to resend it. They were already notified to do a refund. When I called up to inquire a out my credit I find out they mailed it back to me. The customer service department was less than stellar a d told me it wasn't her personal fault. This didn't sit well and I demanded it to be credited. When I called it took 20 minutes to get through automated line...After getting upset with agent she put me on hold came back and finally they would can el reshaping and credit me. Within 5 minutes the credit was in my email..all around horrible communication, poor customer service. In addition every day I get countless sale offers that all have descriptive pictures..how discreet.
It is easy to see why the reviews say 2 out of 10 stars. I would give a zero but had to gi e one star. Never will I deal with this company again.

SCAM! Also, WORST costumer service I’ve ever encountered!

"Ordered a product with a discounted price from a coupon. At the time of check out, the final price accounted for the one product I had purchased. When i received the email with the confirmation, they had charged me for TWO of the SAME product. One with the discounted price (50% OFF) and one with the full price. I was 100% sure that at the time of check-out, I had only one product. I only clicked on that product once. The number on the screen showed the price for ONE product. Different than what the email showed. Anyway, called costumer service and asked for my money back for the second product. However, lady told me I had to wait until receiving product and ship it back for refund. Let me tell you they would absolutely NOT agree to pay for shipping. Lady pretty much yelled at me telling me it was my fault I had purchased two of the same product. It wasn’t their responsibility to pay for shipping and that’s it. Okay, at this point I was angry but I went ahead and paid for the shipping of this product I never wanted in the first place. When they received the product, guess what? They refunded me for the discounted price product instead of the duplicate item with the full price I never intended to buy in the first place. That means, this company will SCAM YOU into thinking you are paying for a discounted product. You’ll not only have to pay the full amount, but you‘ll also have to pay for the shipping of the product you didn’t want!! WORST experience ever!!!!"

Item never showed up

"I ordered an item in January. Never received it. Reached out to customer service requesting a refund on the item, was told to wait as it has to go through customs and it can take a while. I waited, moved from that address, and contacted them again. I was told that a refund would be issued in the form of a check to the old address, which I would not receive and they would not send the check to my new living address. Then I was told that “there was nothing since” after messaging them in April. I’m now out $60. This company is a total joke. Their customer service team should work on their skills and they should pull their business together so customers get the items they order or at least be refunded for those items. It’s ridiculous. "

Possibly your worst bet for adult toys

"From the extremely rude customer service representatives, to the screwed-up way they price their items- this company is terrible to work with. If you order a single item and do not have any quality issues with it, you MAY get a decent deal. Other than that you're out of luck. Trying to return something will lead to you being scammed by the company. They keep your item and you never see any credit back. According to the customer service representative I spoke with about my return, they don't even have a mechanism to issue any kind of credit. One thing's for sure, if you have trouble getting laid you should shop here- you're sure to get **** every time!"
