"I've had 1 issue in 5+ orders. Talked to cc and it was finished within 3 hours. Don't know about all the complaints. You get what you pay for and free is free"

Don’t order from there customer service is rude . I cancelled my order immediately and got an email saying it was cancelled then It wasn’t

"They said their staff was to inexperienced to cancel my order and it was on its way
They couldn’t give me a tracking number and 2 order was on back order
I spoke to 2 different managers they didn’t care
I will never order or recommend ordering from here again
They told me to return to sender
I read multiple reviews they say they never received the items
Well they burned me
I learned my lesson
Don’t buy from here!!!!!!

Horrible quality and shipping

"They get sizes wrong very often, cheap products marked up about 1000% If that wasn't enough, their shipping is horrible!!! i live close to their distribution center, some how it always takes 2 weeks to get to me. the package will go back and forth between 2 cities for a week if not more. "

No, gift card was included in package!

"After inquiring about having the baby gift I purchased wrapped, as it stated under the item, "gift wrapping available" , I was told they couldn't do that. I told the gal specifically to put a note that said who the gift was from. She assured me she would. The gift arrived weeks later than expected and with no note. I had to call the new mother and asked if she got my package. She told me she did, and that she called the company to find out who sent the gift to her, and no one ever responded to her phone messages!!!! Baby clothes were cute, but not worth the hassle with this company!!!"

Chat service Bethany is Rude

"I asked a few questions in regards to shipping times which was stated at check out and paying extra for earlier arrival. Bethany proceeded to tell me I was wrong and I explained what check out said and what the email said. She let me know no one else has issues reading and understanding the terms and she apologized if I couldn't understand. I completely understand as I am capable of reading. I found it rude she could not even consider for one second that maybe I was right and the was an error on the site. Or that the site should not offer shipping with an arrival date if the site can not stick to their promise. I'm the customer. I read what I was paying for and I have pictures of the check out verbiage on the site and it doesn't match what Bethany said. Good job Bethany. Customer is always wrong and make them feel stupid despite i have evidence... great customer service. "

"this was my 1st time ordering and it took way to long for my package to come, i was expected a welcome kit but never even got one, the **** i ordered was definitely not how the description said, it was way to big, my boyfriend said it was like the size of his wrist, im never ordering from this **** hole site ever again, i expect them to send that welcome kit and one free toy of my choice, and if they want this ratchet big **** **** back they can come get it themselves cause i do not have time to ship stuff places, i have work and i order from Adam and eve thinking im gonna get **** and relaxed the weekend but nope gotta deal with more **** stress from these ****"

Box and products inside opened/tampered with

"Shipping was awful and package never came when it said it would arrive. Worst part, when I did get it, the box that was shipped had been opened and some of the products inside had been opened/tampered with. This company has lost my trust and even moreso, my business."

False Advertising, Customer Service couldn't care less

"I've ordered from them in the past - their free gifts are usually worthless things no one in their right mind would purchase, and certainly not worth actually selling on their site, meaning you'll never find a review for that "warming vibe" - which probably is heating up due to poor design. Krusty Brand Seal of Approval stuff right here.

The kicker is they mail me a $10 gift card, but when placing another order, it was treated exactly as a coupon, and completely removing any other discounts after it was applied. Customer Service insisted this was a gift card when not combined with other offers - this is not how money works! Everyone knows this, except for their marketing and CS teams.

It's well enough that you can't combine a *coupon* with other discounts, but don't send me a coupon and call it a gift card, then get pissy with me when I ask where my discount went.

There's one thing customer service did not hesitate to help me with, however: Deleting my account. Not even interested in why I was leaving or attempting to retain a customer. It was the most ****-backwards customer service I have ever received.

Personally I like ordering from Adam and Eve

"I have only had some issues with Adam and Eve. I had to contact customer service 3 times out of the 4 years I have been ordering from them. Placing an order is very easy, I like that you can use your pay pal to place an order and also love that they ship discreetly so your order will not say where it came from on the box! I love the products that Adam and Eve sell and will continue to order from them. I usually order big orders and I get a free item or a kit. I had one issue with not receiving the free gift and when I contacted customer service the rep was very polite, found my order super fast and sent out my free gift that was not sent with my order. The other two customer service reps were very rude. I usually always receive my orders super fast, when an item is out of stock they will inform you when it will be shipped to you. I would recommend this website to friends. The only issue I would recommend that Adam and Eve can change is when mailing promotion codes or coupons, make those discreetly as well. Those are just a piece of paper folded in half and tapped, so they are easy to see what is on them and where it came from."

"First off a agent named Glen (from ichat) sent me an order without my consent because my order hadn't arrived the day that it was supposed to at its latest which was supposed to be 10/18/2017. I've never received an email confirmation saying that I was getting a reshipment of my order. And I never gave consent to even reship an order in the first place. When I reached out to Brian o. ( also through the chat option) he explained that he could not cancel the order that I did not place for second time. And that I would have to wait until October 27th in order to get that order and ship it back before they charge me. I didn't called in to customer service to explain the fact that I did not place a replacement order and that I did not receive my order that was supposed to be at my house on 1018 2017. The lady just explain to me the shipping standard and that they already put the item on the truck as soon as I got it to send it back. I'm still confused as to why I have not received an email nor and order number nor did I place the order in the first place and yet they're still sending me a second order. Shipping dates are not accurate and customer service is failing."

Rude customer service

"Called in to place an order and Sarah in customer service was very rude. I told her five times that I wanted to place an order and each time she kept asking me what is was I wanted to do!
She was obviously doing this to be rude and provoke a response. There was no customer service what so ever !!
Then when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor the supervisor wanted to argue about what it was I said. Even though the supervisor admitted she could not hear my end of the conversation.
I made the call on a speaker phone so my wife could hear me. My wife and I will never ever order from this site ever again. We are done with them. Its not worth the trouble. We will go elsewhere where they value their customers.

Very bad management and customer service

"I made an order with them through their website and no update about my order , no tracking number no information at all , I tried calling So many times no answer , left voice messages also no answer , emails and they send me an email that didn't answer my main concerns . I have reached them on fb and sent them a message , finally replied but again not answering my questions of how long would my order take to reach me , and tracking number , no answer still. I finally sent a message saying I want a refund since my order hasn't been shipped yet , they read it and still didn't reply . They very not professional and horrible to deal with . I still don't know if they gonna send me my order or are they going to refund me or just keep the money and not send me anything , I am confused if they are fraud or just very unprofessional with terrible management . Am worried . "

False advertisement

"Just got my order in the mail today. I've been waiting for it to come In, and at first was sooo excited to see it had came in! Opened the package to see that the "free gift" I was supposed to have received was not even in the bag. I even went back through my emails to make sure I spent the correct amount to receive the gift. (A free jack rabbit) and wouldn't you know, I did indeed spend the correct amount but just never received my free gift. Kinda bummed. I get a TON of emails everyday from them and decided to once give it a shot and order a few things. I hope my few items I did pay for are fun. Just upset about the false advertisement. "
