The bad: for the second time this year, one or more of the products I ordered never made it. The cost was refunded, but they still failed to deliver a product marked both as "in stock" and "ships now" on their website."

"I ordered a pair of Fallen shoes that were supposed to have white toes, and they came with black toes so I had to take them back along with another pair of shoes that I thought were all purple with black soles, but they were mostly all black with purple embroidery. The shoes didnt have a picture to see what they looked like, they only had a picture of the all purple ones with white soles. Both pairs of shoes came with a free DC backpack, and when I called to return the shoes, they said that I could keep both of the backpacks so that is great! I also ordered a set of Lucky Titanium bearings, when I put them in my wheels I noticed that one of the bearings wasnt spinning correctly and had a manufacturer's defect inside the bearing. I asked to exchange them, they said that they can only do returns, and no exchanges, so I would have to reorder the bearings and pay shipping. I made sure that my order was over $99.00 to get free shipping so I wouldnt have to pay shipping. So I have to return the bearings and shop somewhere else for them. I found them somewhere else with free shipping. "

"I am a Canadian customer who has been shopping with Action Village for the past 4 years or so. I only have had great experiences with them. Orders are always right, they have great prices, and have always shipped across the border without hesitation. They have always been fantastic right from their online store through their customer service by phone. My only one concern, and it is a major sticking point, is that they have begun to ship with UPS instead of FedEx. UPS kills us Canadians with brokerage, so much so that it is no longer cost effective to order from them across the border. I really regret this as their product selection has been fantastic and I have always been able to get everything I need from them at a great price. It is really unfortunate that these deals are negated by shipping charges. Although I like supporting local Canadian businesses, the selection that Action Village offers is far superior, its really a shame that I won't be able to shop with them any more to no fault of their own..."
