I ordered a skateboard from them 3 times bc everytime AFTER I ordered and paid, they came back and said the product was out of stock. but their website still showed they had it. i even ordered it over the phone once, and the next day they told me it was backordered. i called them several times and they didn't seem to know much, like if they actually had it or not. weren't overly friendly or apologetic. one promised to call me back and never did. long hold times on phone (20 mins). i was under a time constraint. eventually i got the product but not without a lot of headache. maybe they were too busy before xmas...."

Had to cancel order, as waiting 3 weeks to receive the correct order is ridiculous. Was going to place a new order but was not even given the same shipping charges as my original order. Overall very displeased with the service given to me, no compensation whatsoever was given for new shipping charges or for having to wait the time that I did. Awesome sale prices. Very good and detailed selection of products, though SOME skate parts need further detail such as measurements/dimensions and construction material (grade of rubber or metal used).

The clothes I purchased were excellent quality and all represented well on the website. I even had to return two items because they were "good from afar, but FAR from good". Had no problems at all and completed a RETURN AUTHORIZATION in under 8 minutes even though we had to search for my order number over the phone.

Thus far if I combined all my orders I've only spent $350 there on 1 (PREMIUM) complete, two helmets, a set of spare parts, 4 hoodies, 3 beanie hats, 6 t-shirts, socks, and 4 pants.
