"Recently I bought a beautiful 65" LG OLED TV (OLED65C8PUA, ranked #1 TV by Consumer Report for 2018) from ABT. They provided sale price & discount deals (through competitive price matching and customer appreciation day discounts) and I saved hundreds of dollars. They also provided me the wall mounting service, which was amazing job and very satisfactory. The installment staffs shown up on time, well-prepared with tools and extra mounting brackets, just in case if some issues come up with your mounting location and the condition of your wall. The TV was perfectly installed (not even a single scratch on the wall, outlet boxes were perfectly installed, straight and in reach of HDMI cables, etc) and the staffs clean up perfectly and take trash and empty boxes with them.
ABT is a great place to shop and buy household electronics and appliances with amazing sales and "customer appreciation" discounts. They also offer 12-18 month finance without interest, which has been very convenient for me, especially when I don't have the fund at the time.
Because of the finance offers, I have bought everything from ABT over the years -- entire kitchen appliances, mattress, wine cooler, and TV.

"Delivery & Installation was on-time and done in a very professional manner. They had a lot to do (washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave rangehood) but still managed to get all the old appliances out and the new in and running in less than three hours. They were missing a couple things (like an exhaust vent extension for the hood) needed to completely finish up but I was able to do that myself with a trip to the hardware store and 15 minutes of work.

"Wanted to make a return, instructions on website did not work. So contacted Live Chat to make it happen. First person did not respond anymore after said wanted to do a return. Second person was nice and started process until I questioned, paying shipping and return shipping. Why should I shop with a company when Amazon, Best Buy and many others take care of shipping? I gave them a try, and proved to be an inconvenience and just wanted money up front, not in the future."
"ordered a dryer on 7/19 and received on 7/30. No issue with the dryer and the packing method, but it just took too long, and I ended up getting 4 phone numbers while tracking down the package. Going through so many hands and "sitting at the dock" every time it changes hand.
Rather spend a bit more and buy it locally then watch my dirty laundry pile getting bigger while trying to figure out when i am going to get it. "
